AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

Everyone was friendly from the valet to the front desk. Expensive valet. I worked at a high 4 star hotel and they only charged 25 for valet. Here 47 and theyre not part of the marriott family. Clean room and friendly room attendants.

Interior hotel staff were amazing! They provided goodie bags for the kids upon arrival. The next morning I explained we were venturing to the aquarium and World of Coke, would like to leave my truck in the parking garage it had already been valeted to, but wanted to place my luggage in the truck. Front desk was very helpful and said valet would bring my truck around for us to place our bags. When we stepped out of the hotel door and spoke to valet my keys were handed to me and we were told to take our bags down the outdoor stairwell to the truck ourselves with no direction on where the truck was parked once we entered the stairwell. My friend and I had two small children with us and the stairwell was littered with liquor bottles. It did not feel safe at all. We finally found the truck, after walking past busted up mattresses, and had to squeeze into the drivers side door to pull up to open the tailgate to place our luggage inside. At this point we felt unsafe and decided to just move to another parking deck at the aquarium. When trying to maneuver our way out of the parking deck the valet blocked the exit with the current car he was parking, got out and approached my truck. I rolled my window down and before I could speak he rudely stated “I thought you were just dropping off your bags?” I told him we had changed our minds and he finally moved to let us by. Again, we had two small children in the car so this whole situation made my friend and I very uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful. I loved the ice machine that also dispensed water. We stayed there due to the location. It was easy access to the aquarium, coke museum and centennial park. The parking was expensive but we would have paid that by visiting the exhibits that we wanted to see. We felt safe with our kids. My son enjoyed the pool. There were toys left in the pool that we could play with. There was also an outsoor lounge area that I wish we had more time to enjoy. Staff was wonderful.

Just came in for the Future and Metro Boomin concert. This hotel was very nice, clean and cold! It was so hot out and I hate walking into a warm building or room that doesn’t get cold. This place was perfect for me and my family. Only a couple blocks to State Farm arena. Rooms were nice and clean and we loved the shower head on top. Will def stay here anytime we come back for a concert or game.

Staff were excellent and treated my family great! The location is suburb!

My family and I stayed here to attend a Falcons football game. This hotel was close by driving distance and walking distance. I will most definitely stay here again .

staff was the best during the day and night. They make me feel comfortable during my stay. they were nice to my kids too.
