Property seems to have been recently updated. Lobby area was very nice. Rooms were fine but a bit worn out. Location is perfect for families visiting Georgia Tech. Front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, including Tayy and Kristen. Thanks to them for making our stay more enjoyable: we would gladly come back.

Our family of four had an ample sized room. The a/c was stuck on a certain temperature that was not good for us so we were able the move. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting Georgia Tech. I hope administration stays on top of the maintenance of the affordable option for families wanting to stay here.

My family's reason for our trip to Atlanta was to visit the Georgia Tech campus. This is as close you can get. The hotel is next to the student welcome center. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean.

Great for families on a college trip visiting Georgia Tech. It is within easy distance to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola Tour, CNN, Georgia Dome, and the Georgia World Congress. Dining options are plentiful but are more that a mile away.

It took an extra hour to check-in because the guy was locked out of his account. I could hear him yelling at the support team trying to help him, then he out-loud complained about their accents. This was after he was off the phone, presumably in his account, yet still making me and 2 other families wait to get checked in at 11PM. Breakfast was advertised as 7-11AM, but when we went down at 10AM, nothing but apples were left out. A street light was blinding me all night. In the morning, I realized the curtain could be pulled down (I was tired the night before). The room was very clean. No issues there. Valet parking was required and $20. I was not aware of this until we arrived.

The Staff at the hotel were phenomenal. Especially Mr. Donovan. His level of professionalism and service was outstanding. The hotel is quaint and very comfortable. The breakfast was not the best but there was plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to friends/family. Great value for the price and great location right in the heart of downtown ATL.
