Best day ever, it was clean extremely courteous and helpful. Especially the lady up front named Jackie. We've already made arrangements to stay next year unfortunately she's retiring we will miss her. When she found out that we had a special needs child she moved our room so he can look out the window and watch us out to the pool. That meant so much to all of us. Very worth your stay will definitely make reservations for next year

For being a 3 star hotel, this place was amazing. The rooms are dated (think 2005-2010) yet that does not reduce the quality that this hotel offers. The breakfast was good a variety of traditional continental options on top of omelets/scrambled egg options, a meat option, and the your standard southern biscuits and gravy.
The pool area was decent and enjoyable for a quick family dip.
Location was amazing being 10-15 minutes without traffic to downtown without paying through the roof was really nice, it was also close to some various restaurants and close to target.
For the two nights we stayed, it was perfect anything more and as a family we would need a larger space.

Stayed here before and had a nice clean room with no complaints. This time the room was nasty with mold on the shower head, the faucet knob was broken. Moved me to 2 other rooms one smelled like an animal the other had a weird smell. Stayed in the mold room for 4 days came home with a sick kid. Not happy!

A 5 minute walk from a shopping area, with Target, Ashley Home Goods, Home Depot, simple/chain restaurants and other stores. About 15 minute walk from MARTA line to Airport.
Breakfast offerings were appropriate and properly attended to/refilled.
The directions to the property from Expedia to Google Maps left me stranded at the Intersection half a mile away. Once I had cruised the blocks up and down in every direction, I finally saw the hidden-away entrance - then "dropped a PIN" at the actual GPS coordinates in front of the building, so that my other family members would find it.

The front desk associate was very nice. The hotel looked nice in the lobby, got to the room and the room is very small and the bathroom is even smaller. I went to use the restroom because we just had a 6hr car ride and went to was my hands when i saw a roach crawling on the sink. Immediately gathered my family and our things and checked out. I just hope i can get my money back.

I appreciate the hospitality of the holiday inn. It is still a surviving hotel chain. It provides the basics for a hotel stay. No where in the league of competing with some of the modern/contemporary hotels. In a detail review of this family oriented property. You definitely know when a remodel is well over due. When the toilets in the bathroom you feel as though you are sitting on the floor to use the bathroom. Felt like a toddler sitting on potty training seat. Plus it needed to be fixed it just ran water unless you jiggle the handle to close the tank flopper lid. How annoying that was. YesI I did say remodel is well over due. And it is. From the paint/wall paper, retiling, carpets, bedding(mattress was extremely soft/lumpy. Maid service was okay. First day our room did not receive maid service and when we requested clean towels from the front desk. They had none. Did not offer to get any for us. Hmmm. Hotel is on a busy street in between residential apartments. You could hear people in the apartment parking lot just as you can hear hotel guest in the hallways walking/talking. Hmmm. Breakfast continental grab and go food. It be alright. Held a convenience plus plus hotel parking is FREE. This area/property must not be tied up in the ancient Georgia political history of the parking wars. Who is charging to park vs who does not charge to park. Very populated city/state. Just make it accommodating to all if you want to keep people or drawing people to the city. If you ar

We had a very positive experience during our 2-night stay. The room was a bit cramped but it was clean and had plenty toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area is small and got crowded with families but there was plenty to eat and it was replenished frequently. We had a couple of issues with safe box and coffee maker not working but management addressed it immediately. The staff was very nice and quite helpful. Overall, a good deal and we’ll stay here again when in the area.
