The first room I was in smelled terrible and I found roaches in the pull out bed. The attendant was great she listened and moved my family in another room. Which was fantastic. But I should have received my stay for free

Sonesta emoyees were racist, disrespectful all due to their screw up in two rooms i rented. Plus i wrote previous review stating staff needed to be in another line of work. I was called "HOMELESS B" when i ask for explanation of room mix up. Paid for a family to have room for 2nts on coldest night so child wouldn't be sleeping in vehicle. Due to staff mistake family were not allowed to stay in paid room. I was unaware till next day. I still haven't rec'd explanation or money refund. No apology, just called 5x's"HOMELESS B" and screamed at, even removed from property. Sonesta emoyees classify guest as HOMELESS B"s . I'm 65yrs young and white. DO NOT DARE WRITE REVIEW UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LABELED AS TROUBLE MAKER AND HOMELESS B BY 3 FEMALES SONESTA EMPLOYEES

while staying at this property was an enjoyment for my family and family time, The outdoor gathering space was clearly unkept, patio pillows was clearly filthy. And Upon checking the property online on the sonesta.com the pictures posted are clearly in conflict with the actual property. In other words the photos that are online is falsely advertising the actual property in alpharetta, actually some of the space looks to be another entire different hotel by the name of “Staybridge” that is operated out of Atlanta and not Alpharetta.

Great extended place to stay away from home for 5 days. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was perfect for a family of 5. There is a pull out sofa as well. The only down side was the traffic at times through the day. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

When i arrived i requested a late check out. I was told that wasn't a problem, but then upon checking out o was told we needed to get out earlier than requested. There is only one elevator and my son was on cruches so even though we were in the back building he had to use thr elevator in the front. We had blood stains on the carpet, the door was off the hinges, and roaches in our room. Everywhere you walked smelled like smoke or weed even though there are no smoking signs every where. It is pet friendly but they have little grass and no poop stations. The breakfast options are slim. My kids couldn't find enough to fill them up so we had to go and buy breakfast instead. It will not allow me to add photos that i took of the room.

Just wrapped up our stay at Sonesta Es Windward and we wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. We went for a basketball tournament and the kids loved all the amenities from the pool to the basketball court. The location was close to so many eating options and malls. We will definitely be coming back when we visit Atlanta again!
