This property was very nice. It looks relatively new. Our room was clean. We liked the small sectional couch. The beds and pillows were comfortable. This would be nice for a family. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast choices. The only thing would be to add some creamer options for the coffee (French vanilla and hazelnut).

Great place to stay when visiting Kennedy Space Center (10 mins by car). Lovely hotel, very clean and smart, good sized room for 2 adults / 2 kids for one night. Breakfast options reasonable and plentiful. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for a night to go to Kennedy Space Centre. Easy check in/out. Pool was fun for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t get to try the restaurant, but the space was nice.

Cleanliness is a 4.5. However, they do not offer daily room cleaning. Not a problem for me, but if I were traveling with family it would be a major red flag.

It was amazing stay with family at Hyatt. Very clean, good breakfast and conveniently located for those who wants to visit Kennedy Space center. The view of rocket launch from the 5th floor window was the best part of our stay.

The facilities are new and clean and smelled like that. The staff gave an excellent service. The food of the restaurant for dinner are very well. areas of opportunities: The breakfast. There are nothing for a child. My grandson can never ate eggs since they never filled it again and we were there at 8:00 am. Bad coffee, very bad breakfast.

My stay after my cruise…. Room wasn’t ready by check in time… mind you I exited my cruise ship at 6;30 am…I witnessed other families arrive and check in with no problems… .I was told all we have is a queen room and was down graded without any type of refund…. I was put in a handicapped room made for a wheelchair.. so showering was ridiculous leaving a water soaked floor making it dangerous to use the toilet… had to use all 4 towels provided just to make a walk way to use the commode safely.. checkout was at 10.. I was out of there by 7 am….
