Holiday Inn Titusville-Kennedy Space Center, an IHG Hotel

We checked in the we had a passing in the family, which is why we were late in checking in. The staff seemed apathetic and not caring at all about our situation.

Had to switch hotels because the one we booked previously was not a great place for kids or family. Holiday Inn allowed us an easy booking and we were very satisfied with our stay. The kids loved the pool.

We were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, and the beds. My family stayed in different rooms and had the same comment....that was the best sleep I've had in a while. We were so impressed with the bed, my husband got the brand to try and find one for our home. The weather was not condusive to visiting the pool.

Check in was easy, front desk staff recommended restaurant downstairs so after we went up stairs and dropped off our bags we headed down for dinner with our family we were traveling with that we’re staying in another room. Restaurant was empty that should have been our first clue but we sat. Waitress came over smelled like cigarettes, gross when we’re about to have dinner with small children especially. We ordered she came back they were out of 2 items so we chose something else. Food came out and it was on the verge of inedible. Everything was frozen and fried and not even fried well. One guest had fish and chips he took one bite and said the fish was rancid and the fries were all mushy. Another ordered nachos it wasn’t even with real cheese it was canned cheese blobbed on a pile of chips, another had wings that weren’t fried all the way 1/2 cooked 1/2 under, fruit for kids meal was rotten. Just gross. Went back upstairs and noticed we got a handicap room without a tub. That’s not what we booked. With children we needed the tub. The sink had holes the toilet has a piece broken off that looks like they used some white paint to stick back on. Rust all in the shower, there was hair left in the shower from whoever stayed there before us. Bed was hard as a rock pillows were flat as pancakes. Tv was miniature size. Very disappointed. Didn’t expect the ritz but for $168 a night in a little town we expected what the pictures showed. The pictures are a lie. Don’t stay here!

We had a great stay (2adults, 1 baby). Room was tidy, bed was great and breakfast was delicious.
