There were long blond hairs on top of the bed and som more hair on the pillows. I don’t believe the room was cleaned properly. The service at the restaurant is mediocre. Had to wait a while to get serviced at breakfast when there was only one family seated and the restaurant was empty. There were 3 waitress standing around talking. In a separate occasion, we were questioned about our breakfast vouchers in front of other guests, implying we were lying about turning in our vouchers. The breakfast staff is a disaster.

Once again I stayed at this hotel with the assurance of been in a safe, clean and friendly environment. Every year I stay in the same place for family friendly vacations.

Ive stayed here many times. We were greeted by the Concierge Moe who gave me a free Bottle of Champagne for my Bday. We received free breakfasts for each day we stayed and Doreen the waitress was amazing! It was 118 degree heat index so we spent alot of time by the pool where Rena the bar tender went above and beyond to make our stay feel like family. The only complaint I have, I wish house keeping could have been a little more thorough. We didn't have supplies, throughout our stay. Other then that I will be back again! Love this place!!

Staff was welcoming, property was clean and comfortable. My family had a fantastic visit.

Linda was so sweet and accommodating. She was helpful and professional. Very pleasant. One of the best at this resort compare to the other staff. Nicole was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the services and Mo keeps everything running smoothly and encourages customers to come back to enjoy the stay at reasonable prices. Thanks for the lovely stay. My parents, kids and grandkids loved it.

Amy from the front desk was great! She was very sweet and helpful. Over all, all the front desk workers were great! Definitely welcoming. This is an honest review. Our pups were accommodated, room was really good for the pricing, area is safe, plenty of stores near by. However, only thing I didn’t like was that there were kids running around the pool making a lot of noise which I understand they are kids but I also had kids with me ages 9 and 13 and I teach them to behave themselves. Seems like the parents weren’t really on them. Otherwise the stay was great and the staff was pleasant. One of the older hostess didn’t seem very friendly, she looked like she didn’t like her job. But otherwise every one else was great and the hotel is very clean. I was very impressed. I recommend staying at the Casey Resort. Even the pup rooms were in great condition. Please check them out if in the Sarasota area.

Place was very clean as it always is, they are still renovating the rooms and they look great. Our only disappointments were dogs are supposed to be in the far back building and there was 1 in the main building and 2 different people actually had dogs out in the pool area where they aren't supposed to be and nobody said a word to them. Also there was a little league tournament over the weekend and there were alot of kids there raising hell in and out of the pool and the parents let them do whatever they wanted to do. Management never said a word to them.

The only complaint was we were there for a youth baseball tournament & 1 ice machine was broken & the only other said do not fill coolers. When you have to get 7U kids to the field by 7:30 am having to find a store to buy ice is a hardship. My room was very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent so that was my only complaint.

Not sure where to start so I will try to keep it short. If you can get pass the woman at the front desk with the disgusting fingernails or the kitchen worker who has her two kids running around the pool area with her back to them or the gross towel that sat in the hallway all weekend long- guess this is the place for you. We were VERY disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone.
