The Port Inn and Cottages, Ascend Hotel Collection

We had an amazing stay! The staff goes above and beyond to serve and to make sure your stay is excellent. We loved the small family atmosphere and we felt right at home. It was wonderful and we are looking forward to book again very soon!

The cottage had great space for extended family and vas very comfortable. Great walkable location too.

Was happy with our stay, cozy rooms, clean, and friendly staff. They also have complimentary bikes to rent, which suits the area. My room was not very large, I would not want to stay there with a family of 5, but if it is just you or you and your partner it will be great

We had a great time. The pool was right behind our cottage, the cottage was up to date very nice too. The service at desk was professional and polite. Overall nice spot for family time.

Very clean, wonderful location to restaurants and shopping. Location of room was terrible. They need to turn room 107 in to a storage room. Room is on ground floor. Sitting area for the pool is outside your window. There was a chair literally touching our window. You get all the noise from guests. A child cried for an hour next to our window. The laundry room is connected to your next wall. You get to hear the doors slamming and the tune the machines make early in the morning. You are 20 foot from the front desk. You get to hear everyone’s business at the front desk. I went the next morning to the front desk clerk to see if we could change rooms. The day shift clerk acted like that was a bother to her. She said she would check on that. She did not. We left for the day and came back at check in time. The next clerk had no idea what we were talking about. She had not even passed any info to the next shift. The night time clerk was awesome!!! She said she was learning the computer system. She must have been new. She was on it and moved us. I think her name was Stacy. She was awesome whoever she was. She took care of us!!
