My family of four had a great stay other than the fact that the comforters were stained and there was a huge roach looking beetle in the room. They gave us a new room and all was well!

Terrible coffee machine. Only makes 1/3 cup at a time. 1 table by pool that was monopolized by same family for over 4 hours. Pool not big enough .

Clean and nice room. It was over Christmas and minimal maid service (very understandable) so not sure if this was baseline (probably not). They were very nice and in fact we had to check out a day early due to family in area getting ill. The manager was very helpful via phone 2 days later and refunded the money. I would recommend this hotel and I think the maid service was an aberration due to Christmas.

When me and my kids went to take a shower the dirty water was just staying in the tub while they was bathing and we had to wait like 20 mins for me to take a bath because the water was not draining out the tub but we didn’t even have the stopper down and the water was still in the tub while we was showering we trying to clean the dirt off not have it on are feet in the tub with us

Everyone working there was super friendly. The first night the whole second floor smelled like marijuana. Was a little disappointed especially with grandkids there and trying to explain the smell to them.

Terrible!!! Suitewas not clean, bedding had stains. Cockroaches in room. The staff was nice which was the only positive view for my family vacation stay.
