Had an issue checking in, I booked 2 rooms they could only find one. They were accommodating with refunding the other room. The staff member was rude when we were down in the lobby for breakfast. We were there before breakfast was scheduled to be over and the lady refused to bring more waffle batter so I could make my kids breakfast. My husband ended up going to McDonald’s to buy the kids breakfast which defeated the purpose of me booking a room where breakfast is included.

My family had an excellent experience! The womam who checked us in (429 on February 3rd 2024 at Port St Lucie) was AMAZING. She was awesome. We will stop here every time we are visiting florida. Thank you!!

Very comfortable stay at this nice hotel. It is conveniently located next to stores, supermarkets and highways. Very pet friendly. The breakfasts need improvement though. Overall, it suited our family nicely.

Place is fairly new , clean and with all new gadgets plus Kitchen. Space is Súper. Only thing I didn’t like is the Breakfast! No bacon nor sausages for you , it’s not for the working family. Its made for those in the new era and strange new all green ingredients

The free breakfast offered was horrible. They should have something much better than what was there. I've gotten much better breakfast options at 2 star hotels. This hotel was not cheap and from the Marriot family. Very disappointed. The only freshly made breakfast option was oatmeal and that wasn't very good. Every other option was in a plastic wrapper. Won't be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was good, the only problem in check out. I reserved 2 bedrooms for my family. At the check out, the gentleman was about to charge me $75 because I asked I he could give me another hour to check out because my 2 years old baby was still sleeping and didn’t want to wake her up yet. It’s OK, but wow, I guess he doesn’t have babies or family, who knows or just didn’t want to help. Thanks
