Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie, West

My reservations were cancelled when I arrived. I was told that my card was declined since 6:30 am on 9/20/24. My card was valid but no one called me to verify. My phone number was verified by the person upon arriving. No accommodations were made to correct the hotels error, even though I made reservation since 8/6/2024. The receptionist referred me to the Holiday Inn where my card was quickly approved for my stay. My family and I desired to stay in the same hotel as we were attending a family event. I am very disappointed, and embarrassed. There was nothing wrong with my credit card, funds were available since 8/6/2024.

The front desk personnel was super nice and helpful when I checked in. I asked for daily clean towels service and it was always done when we got back into our room. Didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast because I was there for family gatherings and was always eating out. I was pleasantly pleased with my stay.

The staff was kind and friendly (even after the hundredth time of the kids getting snacks and drinks from the sweet shop!) It was really convenient to just hop downstairs and get things like microwave popcorn for movie night, or a late night snack or drink. The kids loved the pool, too!

Very clean, smelled great, and comfortable for my family. Free breakfast had a lot of options and was actually really good! Very well stocked Helpful and friendly staff

Even with the remodeling going on, our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had lovely amenities. There was an extra sink and counter in the room, refillable body and hair care, great water pressure and the ac/heat unit was perfectly able to make your temperature comfortable . We arrived with only a few minutes left of breakfast but the breakfast lady was very sweet & attentive to what the kids and I wanted. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves some praise! She used to work with kids and she was younger - maybe in her 20’s? I also loved that the public restroom on the first floor had feminine products available for free- that was super exceptional to offer!

My family lives in the Port St Lucie area and the Hampton is within a 10 minute drive to the home. The staff is always professional and courteous and quick to help solve a problem, if I have one. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a but lumpy this trip. Full breakfast was available starting at 6am but I opted for coffee which is my must have. I will absolutely stay with them on my next trip which is coming soon.

Was an excellent stay... super clean, peacefull, good breakfast, excellent staff... and the kids love the pool!!

My room smelled like stale cigarettes. I even put an upholstered chair in hallway. It was dirty and again smelled like cigarettes. Will not stay here again. Kids in room upstairs jumping and playing making too much noise. Ok when then went to bed. Why don’t you put families in one spot and singles or couples at other end??

I got that place at last minute, my family and I drove to Port Saint Lucie, for a family meeting, just wanna say thank you for you service.

The shower had a steady drip which was annoying to listen to. We arrived an hour and a half early and were charged an additional $50.00. I wasn't happy that we had been charged with two young children around Christmas time money it tight.
