Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie, West

Very clean, smelled great, and comfortable for my family. Free breakfast had a lot of options and was actually really good! Very well stocked Helpful and friendly staff

Even with the remodeling going on, our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had lovely amenities. There was an extra sink and counter in the room, refillable body and hair care, great water pressure and the ac/heat unit was perfectly able to make your temperature comfortable . We arrived with only a few minutes left of breakfast but the breakfast lady was very sweet & attentive to what the kids and I wanted. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves some praise! She used to work with kids and she was younger - maybe in her 20’s? I also loved that the public restroom on the first floor had feminine products available for free- that was super exceptional to offer!

My family lives in the Port St Lucie area and the Hampton is within a 10 minute drive to the home. The staff is always professional and courteous and quick to help solve a problem, if I have one. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a but lumpy this trip. Full breakfast was available starting at 6am but I opted for coffee which is my must have. I will absolutely stay with them on my next trip which is coming soon.

Was an excellent stay... super clean, peacefull, good breakfast, excellent staff... and the kids love the pool!!

My room smelled like stale cigarettes. I even put an upholstered chair in hallway. It was dirty and again smelled like cigarettes. Will not stay here again. Kids in room upstairs jumping and playing making too much noise. Ok when then went to bed. Why don’t you put families in one spot and singles or couples at other end??

I got that place at last minute, my family and I drove to Port Saint Lucie, for a family meeting, just wanna say thank you for you service.

The shower had a steady drip which was annoying to listen to. We arrived an hour and a half early and were charged an additional $50.00. I wasn't happy that we had been charged with two young children around Christmas time money it tight.

This hotel is a clean family friendly place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk was very helpful and fast. We needed more bath towels and shampoo and the attendant immediately brought everything to my room. I would definitely stay there again!

We arrived late in the evening at front desk person was outstanding! Great service and pleasant. We had 3 rooms in our group and all were very clean. The only negative comment I have is regarding the breakfast. As we were late checking in we didn't go to breakfast until 9:30. By that time all of the hot food was gone. When someone asked the person attending the breakfast area he was told there wasn't going to be any more hot food brought out. I understand having a cut off time but if breakfast is available until 10:00 the cut off time should be closer to 10:00. This happened to several families. At least mention that you don't prepare any hot food after 9:00 so you can make an educated decision.

Very Nice Customer Service. The Breakfast was delicious. Very clean Staff where very friendly. I will definitely stay again when Im visiting family in this area.
