SpringHill Suites Port St. Lucie

My Family and I had an amazing time the check-in was smooth and Ms. Julianna is AMAZING, NICE, SUPER PROFESSIONAL and her Staff Alex was very nice and SUPER Helpful.. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone especially with kids.. Thank you both very much for making our stay a very pleasant one

Stay in room 124 the minute we walked in, smelled Terrible The beds looks clean but smells those pillows, smelled like sweat and those most terrifying thing is that they were roaches on the bed in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk. They moved those to room 426. The room was cleaner smelled the better but the roach problem did not go away. They were everywhere. A manager was not available until the next morning, so the problem did not go away. I was worried bro into my babies ears something like that so I was wrestling. I get enough sleep to get back on the road to drive

Great hotel for families

The rooms smell very humid upon request to change I was informed that all the rooms smell the same. Also the pool deck floor is uneven one of my family members Injured his toe on it.

I was there for my mother in laws funeral. I asked for a quiet room because we had been traveling across country and needed rest. I have stayed 2 nights at this hotel in previous trips so I knew the separate areas of the suite plus the partial wall lets one person go to sleep before the other plus it had a comfy couch with big ottomans that lets you relax and spead out. The front desk clerk gave me 2 choices a room on the first floor with lots of traffic or a room on the second floor. Of course we chose the room without traffic near an exterior door that would be noisy. When we got to our room we opened the door and said what is this. We had 10 minutes to change clothes and meet family members who were waiting for us for dinner. This looked like a nursing home with no suite, no comfy couch,(it was a hard futon that looked like Walmart 13 inches off the ground), no ottoman, no separation of living and sleeping areas and, a bathroom that looked like a nursing home. I purposefully did not book a handicapped room. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The worst was that I did not have a separate place to sleep and the futon couch was hard and uncomfortable plus you couldn't watch tv from the couch it was behind the TV. How is this legal to promise a certain room and give you one that doesn't resemble the product you were promised in any way. I asked to speak with manager but was told I have to take it up with hotels .com I have waited the 72 hours for my call back. NOTHING
