Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village / Port St. Lucie

Hilton Garden Inn is a super nice place to stay. We were visiting family that lives near the Hilton for our spring break for the second year at in a row. Great for the family. The pool area is beautiful and clean! Rooms are great. Beds are extremely comfortable. Convenient to 95 and lots of places to eat are close by. Grocery store was also close. See ya next year Hilton!

Just an overnight stay. AC was so loud kept us up all night. Fright out of service. Asked to check out 15-20 late and was told “we’re out of late check outs”.. seriously? this after calling at 845am and no answer at front desk, reached them at 10a and he said not possible he didn’t answer because he was there. Not looking to argue with the kid just stated a fact. We left 10:59 am

For a newly renovated hotel there were a lot of things that need updating the shower fixtures were hanging off the wall loose screws on air vents holes in the wall with tissue paper stuffed inside. Cigarette burns on furniture in a no smoking room, stains on carpet sticky dirty furniture. Just felt dirty and dingey. There was a hard rag under our mattress i don’t know what was on it but the room definitely wasn’t cleaned or sanitized like it should have been and the bathtub while it was very big the water looked brown and it was covered in grime. Staff is nice but there’s only so much they can do they just work there. The hotel was renovated just a few years ago and thankfully we didn’t encounter any bugs this trip but we did have a gross experience in the pool false eye lashes floating around fake nails and bandaids also in the pool if unsupervised kids could put it in their mouth. Just really disappointing for the price we paid and I will say the location is great it’s right near 95 and at lucie west so you have everything you need within 10 minutes but I didn’t have a good experience and felt very dirty the whole time I was there.

Stayed for 5 days while visiting family. Enjoyed coming back each night to the comfort of this hotel. I liked having the option of dining and bar on the premise. Highly recommend!

Beds are not queen size and its small for adult and child together. Rooms are good for individuals not family. Young lady receptionist is so unfriendly. Seems like no personality and annoyed if you asked questions. Pool was great.
