We were having a family gathering and wanted to stay outside of Jacksonville. Our reservation was accidentally changed by the hotel. We were not sure what to expect. However the hotel front person Chase eased our concerns showed us a couple of rooms and we we ended up having a good time even know our rooms were not together. And all 10 of us enjoyed breakfast compliments of the hotel and Chase made sure we were having a nice stay. Great location and hotel was very clean!!

Staff was pleasant but was very disappointed that the pool Was closed. Has been closed for some time and no notification at all. 2 kids in the Florida heat it was not fun!

Our stay was great the room was spacious for my family of 4.the area of the hotel is nice lots of shops and palces to eat the metro dinner and mulligan pub were great choices for us. Staff very friendly and professional. We will def be back for next stay
