Our 2nd time to stay, my kids are happy staying here, staff are so friendly and so helpful. The entire place is so clean. I appreciate the staff for accomodating our needs when we need it.

I took my nephew and son down to the beach in Pensacola, and we stayed at the Residence and everything was perfect, from the property, the staff, and amenities. Social distancing was practiced very well. I've always used Marriott properties, but I will definitely use a Residence property as my #1 go to. The apartment style rooms as perfect for large groups or families. Great job

Wonderful stay. Would definitely use again. Comfortable bed. Rollaway beds available. Family with 3 kids - we used the pullout sofa bed - which comfortably accommodated the boys (9,12).

We were in town for a sports event and had a lovely stay. The hotel staff was always pleasant and greeted us as we entered the lobby. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court.
