The front desk girl is really rude, she gave us a room we didn’t like it , so I went to ask her if she could change a room for us, she wasn’t happy and told me she didn’t have much room available, she gave us a another room that we need to walk 15 minutes away the original room, need to change the elevator, and from east always walked to west, because this hotel is really big, I carry my too little kids bring our luggages walked 15 minutes to get to our room, which is far far away and way on the corner to get to our another unsatisfied room. I realized that she just did it on purpose to us. How mean she was!! I love this hotel, me and my family always love this hotel, but for this front desk stuff we will never be back!!!!

I went here in a MOMcation 😂 just to be far from the kids and husband for a day, relax and be alone and this hotel worked perfectly. I check in and i didnt have to get out until the next day. Everything is there for you: spa, restaurants, pool, etc. I live it. Perfect for moms getaways. Ill be back

Comfortable beds in spacious rooms! Excellent outdoor spaces…3 pools, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, and walking paths, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts. Laundry room with easy accessibility to the pool and fitness center. Lots of dining choices built in. Always a beautiful resort feel! Oh, and at night, you can see the Disney fireworks from the pool area!!

Everything is beyond amazing. I highly recommend. My second time staying at this hotel and will be coming back to stay here anytime I’m in Orlando. My family and I love this hotel! Perfect for families and so much to do. Clean and the staff are amazing.

Beautiful property, clean, and kid friendly.

A one-off on an otherwise wonderful property. My family and i have stayed at the Rosen Shingle Creek several times over the years, and the entire staff has made sure we have a great time. The hotel is huge, with several restaurants, shops and meeting rooms. Food is great, and so is room service, extremely attentive. This time we went to Universal (hotel is only 10 minutes away), and arrived at RSC at around 11ish, extremely tired. Check-in was a breeze. However, our room was at the farthest end of the hallway, it smelled musty and the sheets were not clean. The AC was extremely loud, and the glasses weren't completely clean, with smudges in them. We were just too tired to call and wait for a room change or for a change in sheets, so we let it go. We left early the next day, as we had Father's day reservations. In any case, i know this isn't a common occurrence at the RSC. We will definitely come back, as we know it was a one-off on an otherwise wondeful hotel.
