Our family reserved two rooms under one reservation and requested them next to one another. They ended up being on opposite ends. One room was ok the other was completely horrible. Wood flooring that was lifted from flooding. Mold mildew everywhere. Wet dog smell throughout room. Holes in walls. Went to front desk and was told that because they overbooked they did not have another room available. Asked to speak with mgmt but no one was available. Asked for manager to call me the next day but 2 days later have yet to hear from them. Horrible would not recommend based on service and conditions of our room.

It is right off the turnpike which makes it a great place to stay. We were visiting family in Belleview. Their free continental breakfasts is one of the better ones offered.

The room was very noisy the a/c, the dehumidifier, the kids or animals upstairs. The sink water lines in the morning would have a high pitch noise. Our stay was 4 days I told the desk not to have the maid service the room. She said for multi day stays wait 3 days I said we are here for four, so please don't service the room. She put it in our file, the third day we went out for the day came back, sheets was changed, towels was all different, soap was new, curtains was opened. I will not be staying at that Sleep Inn again.

I enjoyed my stay very much, great location for me to be able to visit friends and family. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, everything was presented very well, fresh, etc. I will stay there again and again. Thanks

Mom traveling with two kids under three. The staff was extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean and quiet. Would stay again!
