Had a good stay, after a long drive with kids was great pool was open until 10. Breakfast was good. Only issue room was by the interstate . Both morning of stay was woken up between 4&6 am could hear the trucks going by.

Staff were nice and helpful. My son left his phone in the room after check out and the woman at the front desk went and retrieved it for me immediately after I called. Room clean but a bit humid of course but that’s expected for Florida . The pool is open late and right next to the breakfast buffet which was pretty standard. Good stay for business or traveling with kids like me and don’t leave the pool all day .

Concerned coming in and the lobby smells like cigarettes. Our room was great. It was clean and organized. I didn't like the fact that the pool closed at 10pm and at 10:45pm there was still kids out there. Also the breakfast buffet was ok, but the clubhouse where they host it smells TERRIBLE. The attendent in the breakfast buffet has the worst attitude. If your going to do laundry it's $3 washer and $3 dryer. Also only 2 washer and 2 dryer machines. We were here for baseball tournament and it was a race to the laundry. 1 elevator for the entire property so if you don't like waiting stairs are avaliable. Regardless we had a great time and it was a clean and great facilities.

The stay overall was fine. Sadly during our stay a large group of kids who came to play baseball stayed and it was very loud, they constantly kept running back and forth at all times of the day and late night and we weren’t able to use the pool at all because they were constantly there. It was uncomfortable and unfortunate that they weren’t being controlled and respecting everyone else.

This was a horrible stay for my family — there was no shampoo, soap, toilet paper, or adequate towels for them to use. When I called to check out a day early, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to do that.

Excellent property: very clean, comfy beds, renovated rooms and bathrooms, good air conditioning, good ventilation in the bathroom. This is far the best of the best westerns I ever stayed . Cracker Barrel is in walking distance from the hotel. We used a baby stroller to get there and back. Very relaxing after a long road trip. I would definitely stay again!
