Tru By Hilton Niceville, FL

Tru really surprised us. We thought it was going to just be a basic hotel but it was so much more. They really try to create this inclusive, communal, vibe there, which coming from a big city was a bit strange to see, BUT IT WORKS. The lobby area is filled with games, pool table, the whole nine. And with in an hour my 8 year old was playing Uno with some other kids. It was very refreshing. Also, the staff was great, very accommodating. The GM, Tye, was a hero for my daughter who left her doll in the room. He went into the laundry room and found it and we've got it shipped home. It's just a really good place and you can tell they really want to do the best to make this the place you come back to. Which we definitely will next time we go back to visit family there.

Very clean. Great staff! Only issue we had was guests on 3rd floor by over us that had children RUN RUN RUN back and forth for hours and I assume playing ball heard what sounded like balls dropping over and over. That was the only issue we had. Wish guests were a bit more considerate. Hotel is very nice. Liked the gym.
