we needed a bathtub in room . wife has ports for kidney dialysis . no bathtub . also water pressure in bathroom very low psi. Now where in the online says that there were no bathtubs just showers . called hotal management no help .book it thru hotels.com

It was good, only problem we had was our toilet stopped up and when my daughter called, whoever answered said ‘is it because you have kids and did they put something in there’ besides that was not too bad for the price and location

My stay at Best Western was lovely. My family enjoyed their Spring break and loved Best Western. Their favorite part was the pool and Spa at Best Western. I enjoyed how comfortable and clean the facility was and how close we were to the beach.

Loud noise during our stay at the Best Western Sugar Sands Inn & Suites 4415 Commons Dr E, Destin, FL, 32541 during the dates of April 4th-7th. The hotel was clean however the experience wasn't what I would call a 10....The person or persons residing above our room was extremely noisy. Our room was 140 and we were placed on the bottom floor of the hotel. The very 1st night 4/7/2024 I called the front desk around 11:45pm to complain about the stomping and loud noises which carried on for over 5 hours keeping my family up and upset after a 4hour trip to Destin Florida. The front desk person, a young lady, stated the family upstairs had children and they were getting ready for bed and would be going to sleep soon. I felt that this was an unacceptable answer. I was also told the walls were paper thin and that I would hear my neighbors moving around in their rooms...This endless noise went on for 2 days of the trip and I also visited the front desk to get answers and turn in an iPhone found in the hotel room we checked into 140. I would like to be compensated for my lost rest as well as for my family. I have 2 children under age 13. I also did not have the room I asked for with the pullout bed for my son and I was told that they booked the suite for someone else based on the third party site Expedia. I wasn't given an apology or anything.

My family stayed 3 nights in the 1 bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable and they offer free breakfast which good too. We did enjoy the pool and spa which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

I got locked inside the bathroom in room 204 for about 10-15 mins. After I was done using the bathroom the door would not open, the handle would move up and down but the lock didn’t move. My family that was with me tried to open from the outside, it still wouldn’t open. They called the woman who was working front desk letting her know what happened she said maintenance wasn’t working. She came up and brought scissors and that didn’t work. The ring thing around the handle was loose and I was able to get it back far enough to loosen the screws with my fingers and take them out, the lock still wouldn’t move so I ended up taking the lock out and that’s when it opened. The front desk clerk told me to leave everything in the bathroom and maintenance would fix it the next day. She gave us another room, spoke with the manger the next morning and he gave me $25 and said sorry. I don’t think that was fair, I stayed 4 days/3nights and that was all he could do smh!!!

Great suite with two separate rooms so I can sleep while my family wants to stay up late watching movies!

I liked that they had a room big enough for my family without getting two rooms. The staff was habulous. Will stay again

The air conditioner in the room was way too loud , and when me and my family were sleeping , the people around us open and closed the doors too loudly we had trouble going back to sleep.
