The lady at the front desk has a smart mouth but I didn't let that bother me. The room where extremely clean and had a great smell. Very spacious. It seems like the walls and floors are thin as well. Upstairs neighbors had children and all you heard was the children running. We could hear our next-door neighbors so good, that I almost joined in their conversation. My family told me the breakfast was nasty. The manager stares at you while you're eating breakfast which makes them uncomfortable. The only nice people there were housekeeping ❤️ my overall experience will be a 7/10. Only because of the manager, the lady at the front desk and the walls being thin. The hotel is very nice and clean.

We just needed a family getaway and chose this hotel and location. It’s a good hotel with friendly nighttime front desk employees.

Everything about the hotel is excellent, very clean. The staff on each shift is amazing. The front door staff, kitchen staff and housekeeping made sure my family and I were comfortable. I had to do and extended stay due to an unexpected stomach virus. Kelly made sure we were comfortable and very caring. The breakfast is too die for.

Front desk young woman was very friendly and sweet. She made checking in simple and quick. We will be staying here on our trips to Universal Orlando from now on as we travel often. I will suggest this hotel to all my friends and family also. Need more front desk personalities like her.
