Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We had a beautiful riverfront room that was spacious and comfortable. We were only there overnight for a quick visit but will definitely stay there again since we have family in the area. Would love to make more time to utilize boat rentals, etc behind hotel.

Walls too thin in rooms. Could hear talking, baby crying, & shouting from the room next door. Slamming doors. Drainage in shower was slow. No water bottles offered in rooms.

My stay here was very good. My family came to celebrate a birthday. My room had a good view over the river. The staff were friendly. I would definitely come stay here again.

Great stay at Hyatt House. Their complimentary breakfast is quite impressive and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect for my family and the poolside waitress service was an unexpected and awesome perk. Can’t wait to go back to this wonderful hotel.

This hotel was ok- my family was excited about the pool but it was party central! adults were eating food in the pool, smoking cigarettes in the pool, and drinking all day while never leaving to use the bathroom 😬. The phone in the room did not work when I needed to call for extra blankets for the sofa bed. I also had to call twice for the service. The breakfast buffet was nice to have.

We booked suit for 4 ppl with one bedroom, when we got there it was no cart available for 30 minutes , we didnt had a mattress in the open sofa so we needed to wait for an hour , Than we didnt had extra blankets and pillows for our 2 kids , we asked them it took them also an hour to bring us a sheet’s because they said the out of more blankets , even though we booked for 4 ppl not 2! We had bad smell from the restroom too but they didnt had any other suit to move us there . Very slow service very unorganized the pool is very nice But i wish they gave us what we’ve paid for .

Hyatt House in Naples is our favorite... I always have a good experience with my family, the pool area has a beautiful view, my son likes to fish and spends hours on the dock, and my daughter enjoys the pool (a lot!!)... it is very close to 5th avenue and Naples beaches. Book in advance and you will surely have a good experience like us

Very clean and pleasant hotel with the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants. We had an amazing stay with our 9yrs old and an infant! Very enjoyable place for a family! Beautiful spot and super maintained!

The staff was extremely helpful and polite! I will be going back. Everything is very close to downtown without the downtown congestion. My children loved the pool, which had lots of toys to play with. The food was good, restaurant was great!

I could not be more please with Hyatt House Naples. We stayed as a family of 5, all three kids being 6 and under, including a newborn, and this was the perfect getaway. The room was clean and spacious enough for all of us, and the kids spent hours in the pool which wasn’t overcrowded at all. The views were beautiful, and there’s a little sand area that the kids loved as well! The restaurant on site was nice, and there’s so much to do close to the hotel. We were very pleased with the breakfast selection. There was more than enough food for everyone and the quality was great. Overall, we left this past week feeling like we found hidden gem. We spent 4 days and 3 nights. Also, the staff were all so nice and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!
