Given the reason we were there to escape a hurricane the stay was overall pleasant. Very accommodating to our fur babies and need to possibly extend our stay.

Great week ! We did business and family time just perfectly well. The counter agents ( mostly young people ) were very friendly, knew how to help us. And with a great attitude. Congrats to all of them :)

We stayed in room 920 on 9th floor. We loved the staff but a big shout out to 2 persons at front desk segio and junior they were fantastic and the hotel have been blessed having these to working there.nothing was to big for them and we cant wait to return in December.

One night stay with the family coming back from vacation before heading back home. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Conveniently located next to the dolphin mall. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back.

I like that it's convenient to the malls, restaurants and expressway. Everyone was nice, helpful and friendly. The all in all was very nice, clean and comfortable. The services were on point especially with service of real food and not like other Hotels with microwave foods. My family and I will return stay again and again. Thank you for your great Hospitality "GREAT HOTEL"
