Very nice and clean facilities, family and friendly staff

The front desk agent was so rude with me and my family. His name was Michael. We were very disapointed, it used to be our favorite hotel. The house keeping service was terrible we stayed there 4 nights and only one cleaned our room.

The hotel was clean and convenient located. Breakfast was good, especially for my kids. Coffee and apples were always available. Specious room, comfy bed. Check in was quick. Would come here again.

Really nice property for a family weekend get away. It’s clean, safe, and quiet. Nice free breakfast. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable rooms. Conveniently located. Will definitely stay again.

Great room! Lots of space for our family if 5. Breakfast was great-lots of choices.

We were there the day before our family cruise. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The next day they stored our luggage until it was time to depart and assisted with our transportation to the Miami Port for our cruise. When I arrived on the Carnival Vista and was unpacking I realized I didn’t have my coat. I contacted the hotel and they had it in their lost and found. They kept it for me until we returned a week later. It was a stress free experience and I had my coat back to fly back to cold CHICAGO. I would stay again but longer to experience more of the hotel.

Average stay. Was moved to another room due to an air conditioner issue. The second room’s air conditioner was making noise all night and also needed servicing. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was removed promptly at 10:00 even though there were several families in line waiting to get their breakfast. I understand they may need to get the area cleaned so they could get to their housecleaning duties but the hotel should have some leeway. There was none. So many people were left unfed for the morning…poor service practice
