Considering this property is part of the Marriott family the rooms and staff are not at Marriott quality. We found dust in our room, stained bed sheet and we were handed a towel with stains on it during one of the cleanings. The staff are not very friendly compared to my other experiences at Marriott hotels. The free breakfast is also subpar. The hot water was lukewarm. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was very nice and fancy. Really enjoyed it and my family feels the same. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had many nice options and staff were friendly. The only problem was I booked Element hotel because it showed EV Charging stations but at the hotel out of two, only one charging station is working. I wasn’t able to charge my car as every time one car would always be in place for charging. I had to go outside for charging and it caused me to pay extra. I am disappointed with the service.

This is a well placed and designed hotel. The location in Doral is excellent, good access to turnpike and Doral in general. We took a small suite and again, the design was great for 4 people (3 adults and a child). The breakfast was very good. The gym is excellent, and the entire property is very clean. However, the property is tired, needs some refreshing, especially of the carpets and some of the furnishings. Comfortable but tired. Oh, and the attitude of the employees was excellent, which is not always the case in Doral (lived there 16 years)

I stayed in the king suite for 10 days and I absolutely recommend staying here. It’s really clean, quiet-even with the hotel being animal friendly, gym is nice, lounge area, bar etc. they even have fresh fruit and bikes and a watering station for dogs. The hotel staff are really nice but speak little English on the afternoon shift, not a problem but makes it harder to get things in the evening if needed. The tv’s are outdated but it’s manageable. Blanketing on bed is very nice, blacked out drapery, ample lighting. This hotel is fantastic, even if you’re traveling with children. You get much more than what you pay. Because of the price, I want e expecting much. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

Great for family. Love the kitchen. Room is well organize. You cannot miss the breakfast. It’s the best.
