Myself and family stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected and I love that they had cold and warm beverages available throughout the day!

I booked and payed a double room, I call around 4:00pm saying that we will check in late and they said everything was ok. When we show up, they give my room to someone else, the hotel was sold out. I called Expedia asking for a solution and all that they do was give me a refund because even Expedia representative can’t find me a hotel for that night. I spent the night at my car with wife and kids. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE HOTEL AND EXPEDIA. I been Expedia customer for years booking a lot of hotels, airplane tickets, cars, etc.

Overall a pleasant experience for the family - clean standard hotel rooms, as expected, although the double-sized beds are a tad small for 2 people. Our beds were on the firm side, which is not our preference. The breakfast was the nice surprise - eggs and sausages, fresh berries/fruit, variety of pastries and a make-your-own-waffle machine! That was a hit for the kids. The coffee, on the other hand, was disappointing - the "dark roast" was very watered down. Lastly, the cleaning service only happens on every 3rd day of your stay - so plan accordingly.
