Aloft Miami Airport

We thought being part of Bonvoy Marriott the property would be held to that standard but we were wrong. The only pro is how close it is to Miami airport, but other than that there is no selling point. Our room's AC did not work and we were told that's been the case with multiple individuals and we can address this in the morning when the manager is here. We were there 3 nights, and no one fixed our AC issue, we can all agree in Florida heat that is a nuisance. The front staff was hardly available to help, and also the police were called multiple times in one day for noise and an altercation between guests. Definitely don't stay here if you are travelling with a family. It is sad to see a hotel under the Marriott banner provide such service.

My family and I like the hotel, the rooms were beautiful and spacious.

The hotel was great, we got in early off of a cruise with kids and they where very accommodating. There are no big restaurants around, just basic McDonald’s and Wendy’s which was fine for a quick bite. We only stayed one day and had no car so we where very limited. Pool was great and heated.

When I walked into the hotel I was apprehensive. There was a pool table in the lobby and children running around. I did not get the loft look and I wanted to cry. I spoke to the manager and wanted to leave. She was very helpful and calming. She showed me the room and I was sold. It was clean, and quiet. She made the difference.

It was great and my family really enjoy the swimming pool! The only thing I didn't like was the fridge being under the sink and there was not enough place to seat. The TV didn't work.but overall I really like it

Everything was fine. Worked well with accommodating my family for our vacation to Florida.

It was not as sound proof as I would've liked. I could hear persons "making love" or the very loud screams from children running around in the apartments. I understand the children having fun except when I needed to have a nap, it seemed almost impossible. I have to give props to the cleaning ladies who ensured that the rooms were always clean in most efficient time. Also to the manager, Stephanie Kopfstedt, for keeping me informed about any activities happening around the surroundings. I also want to send a shout-out to the helpful staff at the lobby. Thank you for always making my stay enjoyable!

We had a three (3) night stay at the Miami Aloft Location. Pros: The staff was friendly, the facilities was clean. The rooms were sound proof which was a nice touch the only time you heard the airplanes was outside by the pool area. Great night sleep. Cons: The location is of a highway so you definitely need a car if you want to enjoy any social activities that Miami has to offer. The breakfast tasted good however seeing that it is a family friendly hotel the breakfast lacked choices. No creals, no fresh fruits & not vegan friendly sorta disappointing.

Hotel looks like a art gallery. Very neat designs everything fits perfectly. I love the way they design the lobby the rooms and the building. Desk staff and housekeeping was nice and friendly. The hotel sends you a Uber to pick you up from the the airport and take you back . Rooms are spacious. Very quiet and cozy . Ac and heater worked fine you could adjust to your liking . Shower has cold and hot water. Didn’t have to call or wait the 3rd day to have my room cleaned. Hotel wasn’t over crowded. No crowds to check in or out . No lines . Hotel pool was empty didn’t matter what time i went. Family friendly there’s places and restaurants in the area to take kids. Some restaurants was next door and walking distance from the hotel . i enjoyed my stay. I would definitely book this hotel again.
