Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

Newer hotel moderately priced. Great for families. No unexpected charges. Free breakfast, free parking, free airport shuttle.

The pool too small seems like for kid to swim. The breakfast was the same every single day. However I’m a veterinarian. The hot oatmeal it made me happy. Overall the hotel very clean. Staff were very friendly. The only was bothering me that someone was smoke weeds at the hallway the smell was horrible, my husband reported to the Front desk, we went out for lunch when we came back they were took care of.

The hotel in general has a good potential to be a 5 stars review place. But the housekeeping staff needs to be replaced. Our room has not been cleaned at all. Literally!!! I was actually surprised that the sheets were changed. Mold and mildew on the shower walls and glass and the hair on the bottom. So GROSS !!! I had to take a shower with my slides on. Dirt and trash on the carpet. I was afraid to touch anything so I had to wipe everything with a wash cloth. We were staying for two nights so I had to do it to feel a bit more comfortable especially with kids. What a shame. Someone should inspect the rooms before letting new quests in. We also had not enough bath towels for the booked people of our party. The front desk service was good though and pretty comfy beds.

I have stayed in the Doral area in many hotels. I had not stayed in Fairfield because it was too expensive compared to others. The prize dropped and I stayed. I will not stay again. Apparently the hotel does not keep close security on people yelling and screaming in the hallways..children constantly running and and down the halls at all times..adults talking and yelling late at night about midnight on the 24th to 25th. This I have experienced in the lower prized hotels not for the higher end of which Fairfield costs..the shower was not clean..lots of hair and other debris..so no would not stay again..this hotel is usually over $150 a night. Rooms don't show the quality..the AC hotel in front is better

The hotel is beautiful and clean. But don't rely on the shuttle from the airport. We waited 35 minutes, and they showed up and said sorry, I can't fit you all and your luggage. Mind you, there were only 2 people on the shuttle. They said it would take another 35 minutes. My kids were being good, but not for another 35 minutes. We landed at 8. pm and didn't get to the hotel till after 10 pm after paying 55 for another shuttle company to take us.

Excellent Hotel .. very clean, staff is kind and professional, good environment, appropriate for families and in a nice area.

The staff was helpful at check in and when we were looking for a place to eat. However, the pool is not in working condition. I chose this hotel because it had a pool for my kids. I am irritated that they sent me a check in yesterday to ease my check in time and never shared this info. If I knew the pool was not working, I wails have booked another place. My kids were very disappointed… as was I.

The hotel itself it’s in good conditions and clean but the staff fails to help the customer. I booked this hotel hoping to get a shuttle, as advertised and without any information about the timing. It turns out the shuttle only works from 7am - 10pm. Which is weird because the airport flights are not only at these times. The schedule was not communicated in the web page and the employee, instead of being empathetic about me getting with two kids at 11pm to the hotel, he kept saying the schedule is posted. Not only that, I had to pay another Uber in my way back to the airport for my early flight. So, go to a more expensive hotel that actually does include the shuttle. This one, is not worthy

Beautiful lobby. Clean and spacious room. Free parking. Free breakfast. Polite, friendly and very helpful staff. We traveled as a family of 6 and the housekeeping staff made sure our trash was taken out and the room was tidy. Extra towels were provided without any problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to avoid staying in Miami proper.

Great place to stay. We had the double queen executive suite. Perfect for us and our 3 adult children. Super clean and nice. I was very happy we stayed here!
