we are a family of 5 including an infant, stayed here for 4 nights. The room is spacious, bathroom / shower is decant..we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would give the service a five star as it all exceeded my expectation: free bikes, free shuttle to and from the beach (1.5km away), free beach towels etc..staff members were all very friendly..etc...Free breakfast was good as well..lots of seating areas...overall, we had good time and will come back in Jan 2024.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The parking is not family friendly- only option is valet which website said was free however we had to pay. But if you taxi/Uber there, it’s literally walking distance from everywhere

The room was very spacious with a kitchenette. Great for a family. The included bkfst was amazing! Waffles, fruit, bagels, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc.. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but having a roof-top pool was a bonus. A great place!

Ines is so helpful. We arrived around 9:00 am from Las Vegas and check-in time won’t be until 4:00 pm, and yet she gave us room right away. We even had breakfast on that morning which I thought we can only start the next day. When I asked if we can have breakfast she said, Yes and my 3-kids just run towards the place. I like their service of drop-off and pick-up to and from the beach. But if you like walking you can also do that which we did after our nice dinner in one of their nice Cuban Restaurants in the area.
