I liked the Prperty but is supper expensive, when you book with Expedia, there is an additional charge for the property you need to pay at the property, I found people are smoking even it is not allowed, shower needed to be fixed, children are playing with ball in the Jaccussi and swimming pool even the instruction did not allow, towels were not available at the beach on Saturday for the full day even we are paying $ 250 usd per day resort fee, I am disappointed with the facility compare to the money that I payed

Absolutely terrible customer service and rude management. We have waited over 6 hours, and are still waiting to check in to our rooms. Zero assistance from any staff, zero accommodation for a family with several small children. Go to the Four Seasons, STAY AWAY from this clown show.

I loved how helpful the staff was. Everyone always had a smile and was more than happy to help. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all from family to singles.

I really wanted to like this hotel. My family and I were very much looking forward to our stay at the 1 Hotel, last December we stayed next door at the W Hotel and came by for breakfast at Habitat. We immediately knew we wanted to return to Miami and book this hotel. However, our stay here did not come close to meeting our expectations. The Good: the hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious, the aesthetic is gorgeous. You can easily grasp the hotel branding from the moment you walk in. They had a good variety of places to eat and drink at. We stayed partially during the week so we expected things to close early. The not so good good and can use improvement, upon check in, I felt the valet and bell men were super courteous however at check in, the experience was as different and not welcoming. It seemed as the girl was new and had to keep asking questions before checking us in. Upon checking in to our room, we had booked a 1 bedroom suite. Our room was underwhelming and felt like an apartment vs a hotel. We also contacted front desk since we experienced heavy smell of marijuana various nights and instead of offering us to move us or troubleshoot I felt like they kept investigating the situation. One of the nights a kind woman named Abla, offered to move us but it was at 1am and couldn’t move since our child was sleeping. We notified front desk the next day and front desk person was courteous and apologetic however, he never followed up with us. This hotel needs work to match W

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. I picked this hotel for our anniversary and baby-moon trip and my wife loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A few standouts for ones who went above and beyond were Jaylin at the drift restaurant and Brenda at the 3rd level pool area and Alex at the bellhop. The couples pregnancy massage at the spa was fantastic too. We will definitely return. For families or pregnant couples, it helps to avoid to party areas (i.e. the rooftop pool area) if you want a quieter more relaxed family friendly trip. The rooftop area is super cool but more of a singles party vibe. The food was fantastic too. We tried most of the restaurants and the dishes were amazing. We initially had plans to explore Miami but we never wound up leaving the resort.

This place was gorgeous. The landscaping and attention to detail were impressive. We had a king junior suite with an ocean view. However, below us was a loading area and it was so loud. It was hard to enjoy our balcony with all of the noise around. We took a walk down the street and it was really dirty. It was surprising that among all of these gorgeous properties that there was so much filth. I'd stay again, but I'd be much more particular about the room location. We were new to Miami and rented a car, which I would not recommend. Parking is terrible. It's better to walk or use hotel transportation, uber, etc. The food at the hotel was also fabulous, but a lot of it is very similar between the restaurants and some aren't open during the week. The circle room keys are pretty annoying, too. Other than these few little things, I'd recommend the place. The pools and grounds are really spectacular. The more I looked at the landscaping and layout the more I fell in love with it!

This is like a super 8 motel cleanliness wise. Staff is NASTY. They are MONEY HUNGRY. My pregnant daughter had a massage scheduled and she came down with this awful cold/cough. They said she could wear a mask during the massage and when she said she simply feels to sick, they STILL charged the FULL MASSAGE!!!! Then they failed to email their INCOMING guest to let us know they would be having fire alarm test 9am-5pm. Till the 27th of july. We got there the 18th. With a 7 month old baby that kept getting jarred awake and would be in a state of terror. They didnt care. So we actually checked out 1 day early and just left. Seriously fleed the place. We will be going back to the Four seasons.

Positives: Property is very pretty - food and drinks are good Negatives: Wasn't expecting 1 Hotel South Beach to be SO family centric (e.g. 2/3 of the pools are child-dominated, with even swim diapers available upon checkin). We were on a girls trip without our children so this was a bit disappointing (seating unavailable at rooftop/21 pool). Service was also an issue - good at rooftop pool, 30 min wait time for drinks at other pools). For the cost, I'd stay at the W next time (better service and newly renovated)

we had high hopes but there were plenty of issues that you wouldn't expect when paying almost 8k for 6 nights. The good: the beach is pretty nice and obviously the reason we chose to stay here, pools were pretty nice and staff overall was OK, definitely not going out of there way for you by any means but they were ok. location is close to alot of places and fairly good mix of families and "young & hip" crown The BAD: cleanliness, the lobby white chairs are disgusting, take a look...the rooms were not properly cleaned by housekeeping and service was a 4 out of 10, hardly explain any of the amenities...room didn't have a balcony or large refrigerator and microwave as was explained would include by the person check us in and may the biggest issue with this place, Its OVERPRICED!!!!!!! if it was $400 per night hotel i would accept the issues and crappy service and dirty lobby but we spend $7500 for 6 nights plus another $1500 on dining and i feel pretty ripped off TBH. coffee maker didnt work, several of lights in the room wouldnt work....so many other little issues that dampened our mood and staff just felt like they were not properly trained in the hospitality industry, not sure if this is a Southbeach douche attitude thing or just bad management but i expect more when spending 10k on a hotel stay..Go to the Beverly hills hotel , same price maybe more but you get what you pay for!
