Intercontinental at Doral Miami, an IHG Hotel

The service at this hotel was impeccable. My family and I had a fabulous time. Staff and service were excellent. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!!

Had an issue at check in my room wasn’t ready And they wanted me to wait , I talked to the manager and got another room in a higher floor not what I wanted but it was ok. For the time I waited and inconvenienced the manager offer me credit for lunch the next day. But when I went to get the lunch the next day there was no credit the lady at the front desk gave me the run Around and wasn’t able to get a hold of him “ shocker “ so I was lied to and plus paid for a $40 breakfast also x2 that I didn’t use and they didn’t give me the money back. So I will never go back to this hotel and I’ll make sure that my grotof friends and family won’t either. Very unprofessional and if you offer the customer something back it up don’t lie just to try to bring down the situation. I was basically lied to. Very disappointed being a military veteran and being treated like that.

This hotel is great for families, the staff is very friendly and the food is great!
