Hyatt Place Fort Myers/at The Forum

For too many years, we’ve been choosing Hyatt hotel because We never have any issues with them. I love the cleaners. I love the bed, especially. The Personal are very professional. I recommend this hotel because everything is very convenient. I travel with my family. We are six people, and we fix perfectly fine and those rooms.

Amazing Staff. The kids at the reception desk were amazing so sweet and kind. Gave the kids free candy and treated me and my family with respect. The hotel was very clean all around and our room was really nice. Recommended to anyone who needs a hotel to stay at.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Its post to be family friendly and honestly I would never put my family in this situation again. there was a fire of some sort at 9:00 in the morning and it was completely unorganized no one knew what they were doing as far as staff went, there was People walking back in not even knowing if the fire was done and no one communicated at all before or after the fire situation on to what happened i was told by other gueat that it was a microwave situation. and as the hotel itself goes the food was great, however the the room is not up to par for the stars that it had the Toilet seat broke 1st night was there for 4 days Was only able to swim for about an hour because there is a gigantic toe biting water bug in the deep end of the pool and and no one could get it out asked to have it removed at 11:30 in the morning wasn't removed until almost 5 o'clock at night yet another dangerous situation luckily the bug I believe was dead, but had it been alive it could have done some serious damage The room did not cool completely it wouldn't get below 75 most of the time after the fire situation it stayed above 78. Would never stay at this particular Hyatt ever again nor would I ever recommend it.

Had a great stay here. 3 nights with 4 kids and no issues. What more could you ask for.

The property is dated. The carpet needs cleaning. There were several stains in room 216. The carpet looked like a baby had thrown up on it in several areas.

Super clean!! And comfortable for families.

Me and my family had a number of issues with our stay. Refrigerator was broken no microwave to heat food up have to walk all the way to the lobby to use. Horrible bed pillow's No room service done on days there at the hotel. Smelly carpet in the lobby. Broken ice machine had to go down 1 floor to get ice. Wouldn’t recommend friends or family to stay at this hotel.
