The staff was exceptionally rude to myself and my children. We, were looked down upon and treated like second class citizens. We, will never stay here again.

Room smelled like they let a feral cat loose and it peed everywhere in the room! Then I got charged 150$ because my toddler spilled a little bit of chocolate milk in the bed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I always stay here and u get great service each time!!! Everything is always clean and smells good. The breakfast is always great, my kids live it!!! I recommend this place to a lot of folks

We chose this for the suites for a kids sports weekend. The issues we had were minor but fixable. Front door was broken so you had to push it open. To get additional towels you had to come get them yourself and the next day they did not replace what you needed so you had to request again additional towels. The laundry services took coins only but the front desk didnt have coins so you had to go elswhere to get coins. Plus they closed the laundry room at 7pm. Finally our last night my kid and wife woke up with asthma attacks at about 1 am our room had a haze as if dust came through the AC. Again all of these are fixable and I hope you do correct for your future guests.

I am the father of three kids with a wife I booked a room with two beds said it was for four people I can not afford to pay another 130 dollars a night for two nights for a kid that does not need to be sleeping in a room alone when I tried to check into the room with my wife and three kids they would not let me check in to the room because they can only put four people in it this is improper and the customer service is very bad, they should accommodate a odd number family in this regard.
