We love this hotel! We stay here every time we come to fort Myers. The facility is clean, friendly staffs, and the amenities are beyond. Very family friendly. I would definitely stay again when I am in town. This was our 3rd stay, ranging from 1-3 weeks and I have not had any issues. They deserve a 5 star rating.

We got stuck in the elevator and my kids had a panic attack inside no one came to help, no one bothered to check up on us.

The hotel was so nice and clean! The pool was amazing! I loved that the hotel had a big fridge and a dish washer! The staff was so kind and friendly!! My family loved it!

This hotel was clean, the staff were great and offered outstanding customer service. The breakfast was also good. My family loved the heated pool and everything else at this hotel. We highly recommend a stay!
