Loud A/C unit and poor breakfast. Breakfast room undet renovatio so it was moclved to the small lobby entry. No warm food, no protein, no tables/chairs. Wish this would have been disclosed because i wouldn't have selected the property for my family.

My family and I stayed at a hotel in excellent condition for two nights. The price was good. My son, who had a sports tournament schedule, used the gym and the indoor swimming pool well. It was also great that breakfast was served from 6 a.m. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Excellent service, Staff were very polite and even though the girl at the front desk was working the breakfast room too she kept a positive attitude. the vibe is great! I also felt safe for my disabled family members to go to the pool or get ice without me. Thanks for a great stay, we will return for another stay very soon. Vermonter (P.S.)

Super SUPER bare-bones--which is fine, especially bc it was decently clean--but dark and plain and kind of gloomy. "Amenities:" a tiny, closed-in, dark pool with room for 4 to sit, a tiny, aged, cement block workout room (which did have a full, pretty cold water cooler, equipment wipes, and clean towels-definitely a plus), and bad coffee makers in the room. No outside area, or inside area to sit in if you don't want to sit in your sad room (beds are usually good at CI's, tho, & this one was no exception). There are 2 plastic chairs outside, actually-facing the county's forensics building and part of a major highway, so not conducive to a chill and a cocktail on a nice Florida night. Good: easy to find a luggage cart, parking not bad, and staff was very pleasant. Maybe good for a quick, no-frills business stay, bc it's close to the airport-& right in an industrial park-type area, so you'll never be tempted to get out of work mode...not advised for location, families, those looking for any comfort (no pun intended) or any type of SWFlorida charm or experience.

This property is tucked back in a more industrial looking area. No nice views out the window, if you are hoping for a view. The power went out while my kid was in the pool, which I assume was a neighborhood outage so no fault of the hotel. We left for the airport before breakfast so I cannot comment on breakfast. The coffee pot was in the bathroom next to the toilet - gross! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean which was the most important thing.

The first room I was given was clean and smelled great. Unfortunately a bit noisy as there were young children nearby. Daisy emmediately moved me to a larger room on another floor. It was not as fresh smelling but was quiet and cool. Over all a good experience for a short stay in order to catch an early plane.
