My husband and I with our 3 grandchildren expended 3 horrible nights. The first one there’s not air conditioning and nobody can sleep,so,next morning pack everything and change the room ( also bathroom door doesn’t closed) Next night in the new apt, my husband find at 5 am my grandkid sleeping on the floor( had a linking on his head come from the ceiling), so, pack everything again and change the room again. Very tired for the last night ( the” new “ bathroom door doesn’t close too) But I want to thank you the Cuban lady ( manager?) She was the best and try to help all the time) The hotel is completely full but no one can use the pool or the basquete court ( be advise, it’s not a mosquitos it’s a dinosaurs). Never more in this hotel.

The stay overall was very good. Breakfast buffet was very good with all well known brands and multiple options. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Location was very good. Also the restaurant next to the hotel was perfect! The only problem was the airconditioning. It was extremely noisy that my baby and nephew couldnt sleep well. It was also in a direction that was freezing our heads.

This property was clean, the service was great and my family had a great time. Our dog came along and was quite comfortable. You could not tell that it was a pet friendly hotel- no smell or mess at all. Will recommend and will return!

We stayed for a weekend with our family. The hotel is very conveniently located, the front desk staff is very nice and helpful. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff welcomed us with a gift basket when we got to our room. It’s the small details like this that will keep us coming here! Plus, Sanibel and Captiva Island are right there! Perfect hotel for a beach trip! Breakfast was tasty too. 10/10

The room was comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the hot tub. Everyone was friendly. We were there for a family function so only used the room basically to sleep. My only complaint is the person in the room next door to us had a huge dog that barked all hrs of the night. Then the man would be yelling and cussing at the dog to hush. My 2 yr old learned some colorful words lol.

After dealing with a close death in the family my mother and I needed some time away from home. This hotel was more than expected. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfty. It provided everything we needed to relax. Pool was very clean. The free breakfast was good. It provided different menu item every morning. The staff was very nice. The beach was less than 15 minutes away. Loved that it was conveniently located.

Absolutely the coziest hotel I’ve ever stayed inside. We had a family bbq outside at the community area - complete with fire pit! The assistant gm at this hotel is the absolute best - so professional and accommodating.

Really nice hotel. Perfect for families. The rooms are like a small apartment with kitchen and living room. Accepts dogs. Our room had a balcony with a really nice view. It offers breakfast with a lot of variety. Nice common areas. The only thing I would suggest is an update to the pool area. The jacuzzi was broken and some tiles of the pool too.
