Our first time staying at the Pink Shell and it did not disappoint!! Resort is beautiful and very clean. Pools are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet (included with your stay) was very good. We loved our room (think they must have upgraded us) which was gulf front and had a balcony. Beach out front was quiet and lovely. Oh, and use of beach chairs and umbrellas are included!! Although we did not use them, there are craft activities and nature activities daily, which would be great for kids. Other resorts nickel and dime you and make you pay to park, pay for breakfast, pay to use beach chairs…not Pink Shell. And it’s an easy walk or quick drive down to nearby restaurants. Why would you stay anywhere else?

The front desk, Denise, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our breakfast server at Jack’s, Devin, was very thorough and assisted us getting our food. It was a beautiful resort that seemed very family-friendly and we will most definitely be back, with our one year old next time!

My 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. From the Front Desk Check-In to the waitstaff at the delicious breakfast everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and very clean. Kudos to a great housekeeping staff. I like the Pink Shell because it is secluded and serene far enough away from the busy FMB area, but close enough if you want to take a short visit. Nice to see the area coming back, I'm a local so I'm always looking to support the FMB area. And I bring my family to Pink Shell for a nice staycation for me and fun vacation in a vacation for them. It's great to just go to your room after a fun time enjoying the pools or the beach as well as the amenities Pink Shell has.

Clean hotels, breakfast amazing, pool and beach activities fantastically, dinning and bar with great food and prices, the only I do recommended is the suites aren’t renovated and smell’s humidity all the time as well as dark spots on the ceiling , next time I will rent the apartments instead, my family stays on one of them and for the same price as my reservation.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this resort with our 6 month old. The only complaint I would say is that the bed mattress is uncomfortable. Overall, a great family fun resort.

Really enjoyed the Pool area, live music and beach chairs / umbrella service, breakfast was delicious and the views from our balcony were the best. We really enjoyed all the amenities during our stay, perfect for families

Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee).
