Our first time staying at the Pink Shell and it did not disappoint!! Resort is beautiful and very clean. Pools are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet (included with your stay) was very good. We loved our room (think they must have upgraded us) which was gulf front and had a balcony. Beach out front was quiet and lovely. Oh, and use of beach chairs and umbrellas are included!! Although we did not use them, there are craft activities and nature activities daily, which would be great for kids. Other resorts nickel and dime you and make you pay to park, pay for breakfast, pay to use beach chairs…not Pink Shell. And it’s an easy walk or quick drive down to nearby restaurants. Why would you stay anywhere else?

The front desk, Denise, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our breakfast server at Jack’s, Devin, was very thorough and assisted us getting our food. It was a beautiful resort that seemed very family-friendly and we will most definitely be back, with our one year old next time!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this resort with our 6 month old. The only complaint I would say is that the bed mattress is uncomfortable. Overall, a great family fun resort.

Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee).

Our stay was exceptional! “0” complaints! Top notch in every way, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They allowed us to checkin early also which was an added bonus! There were 4 of us and we all agreed the stay was exceptional and we had just come from another 5 star resort which was nice but we preferred the stay at the Pink Shell! A fun, family friendly resort! Amazing! We will be back!

We stayed here for our daughter 10th bday with a few of her friends. Fun poolside and beach activities like foam party and sandcastle building. Great music. Itd be great if there was room service for families but there is not

It was just perfect. The rooms were absolutely clean. The staff was amazingly kind and polite. The food was delicious. Walk to the beach towels available always provided anything you need and the key fobs for the rooms that were waterproof perfect. Sections for the children specially activities for them activities for adults. I stood in adult building, which was great because the pool was just for the adults. Would I go back most definitely

We really enjoyed the pools and beaches at this resort. Lots of activities for kids and adults. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. Having an in room kitchen and laundry was perfect for our family. It was very convenient to have the on-site restaurants for the days we didn't feel like leaving. Will definitely plan to return.

late kids movie night is late and loud. room 5207 shower needs some drain cleaner to drain better, otherwise very nice
