Great location with baby dolphins at the docks

We enjoyed our stay but felt our room may not have actually been ready for rental. There were no pillows when we checked in and it took over an hour to get them. The pool family area with ping pong was covered in dust and bugs - the area needs a deep clean. Our room smoke detector chirped all night. The margarita we had at Charley’s was not what the menu said it was. The server was great though and too it off the bill. I wonder if the resort is still recovery from Ian. Nice staff and shuttle drivers. The grouper at Tarpon was fantastic.

Great place for visiting family on Sanibel. Pool is nice. We were in the Captiva tower, which at first felt like we were given the short end of the stick but the tower was more quiet, views were great, and the pool area was much more private than the main pool.

This was the perfect family friendly relaxing environment we were looking for. Restaurants and pools were fantastic!

We stopped to rest and freshen up overnight on our long drive back home from Miami. But the electricity went out about 9am, I couldn’t shave, or use the hair dryer, curling iron. We tried to wait it out, but the room started to get hot at 10:30am, so we decided just go before we felt dirtier than when got there the day before. But we had to carry our luggage down from the 5th floor in the crowded, hot& muggy, dark stairs using our phone flashlights. Employees (with sweat beading off of them) were trying to help people (with flashlights,luggage, kids)…anyway, got a message from Marriott the next day (thinking I’d get credit or something for next stay- but it was the bill for overnight parking! It’s a nice place but they should have a generator, not only for guests but for the large groups in the dark meeting rooms we passed by. Not sure why the electricity went out, but it was just there- utility trucks were outside when we left.

Amazing property . Great location. Sanibel still recovering from hurricane Ian but the area is beautiful as expected. Traveled with kids for the 4th of July weekend and my kids loved the activities specially the face painting.

Second stay great place to relax after a day of boating! Only issue too many kids throwing footballs in the pool hitting all the guests with not one member of management stepping in to control. And service at pool bar a little slow. Overall nice place to stay especially since hurricane has come together nicely.

Great property as Always. The family and i come here every year as a get together! Love it.

Beautiful property and the staff is professional and personable. Would recommend this resort to friends and family. Hoping to get back there soon.
