TownePlace Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center/Western Entrance

This was my family’s first time booking with them during our DisneyWorld trip in Orlando, Florida. We booked the room for 7 days. The. Fridge was not cold even after changing the temp to 9-max for the first two days. I went to talk to front desk and the lady said she will have a technician look at it but never did. We did not have a bathroom vent and when I brought it to the front desk lady again, she said the same, that she will let the technician know and come check. NEVER HAPPENED!!!!! Also, there was no trash bags in the small trash cans. During our whole stay, there was no room services and no towels and sheets got changed. Moreover, they didn’t have any quarters or change for laundry when they say that the laundry room is open 24 hours. How ridiculous! When I was trying to wash my clothes at 1AM the day before having the check out the next day, I was hoping the front desk have change and at least quarters. When I brought it up to the front desk lady, she said that with the time being so late, they don’t carry/leave cash in their front draws. Then, she said that the quarter machine in the laundry room is a third party and the hotel is always out of quarters every night. She told me to go to Walgreens. I am SUPER UPSET!!! I went to Walgreens and they no do change. I was able to get some quarters/change from another hotel down the street. I will never book with this hotel. On top of all this, I found a dead roach on the chair too. AC was not cold and set at 72 only!!! Hot!

Great for families

Easy check-in, good breakfast provided in the morning, but the shower was rusted and I’d say a little moldy. I didn’t want to give my toddler a bath in there. It’s has a nice size kitchenette in the room!

I stayed to 3 nights recently with family. It was clean and convenient. I felt safe and it was very quiet. Disney bus was on time for the most part. Only waited 15 mins one night. Would stay again, since shopping is right across the street (Target, Walgreens, food places), though the place could use an update, seemed run down. And breakfast was great! Enjoyed the mickey waffles! Staff was very friendly every time I called before my trip and during my trip. Thank you.

It took 5 calls to the front desk to get a crib for my baby.

We stayed with 3 kids (including a one year old infant) and every thing was great! Recommended

Good property with shuttle to Disney resorts. Stayed here with family for 5 nights and had great time, albeit spent little time in the room, but overall would recommend the place

I’ve stayed here twice! As someone who lives in the area it is a very nice hotel! And convenient for those with family or friends staying at Flamingo Crossing!

Hotel was clean and felt very safe for families. The pool and ping pong tables were fantastic. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food wasn’t good (especially for the price).

First time traveling with my 8mo old, called ahead to ensure a crib for her stay. They “ran out” of pack b plays and the baby was left to sleep on the floor! Was told there is nothing they can do.
