This place was awesome. My kids loved the slide at the pool! Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The pool bar had great daiquiris!

It was a great hotel overall. My family and I had a wonderful time. I will recommend this hotel.

This is one of our favorite hotels. We always book the suite because it’s comfortable and large enough for a family of 4. The bed is out of this world. However, room service was subpar this time around. They don’t offer room service in the mornings like normal hotels. They only start after checkout is complete. This means that they have until 5 PM to complete room service. With two small kids going to Disney in this heat, we were visiting the parks from 9-1 pm, grabbing lunch, and coming back to the room for a shower and a nap. Then returning to park at 5 PM. However, these naps were interrupted by room service multiple times. I called front desk and they told me they have until 5. Also worth noting is that they only offer room service every other day which meant we were often stuck with wet towels for an entire day. To avoid this you would have to call and have them deliver clean towels. It’s just a hassle overall when you’re on the run with two kids trying to make the most out of the days. Otherwise, good hotel with everything you’ll need.

Great hotel! It was last minute reservation because of a home emergency. The staff let the kids use the pool until our room was ready. The room was great. It was huge! And it was clean.

The hotel caters to large sports groups so as an individual family it was not pleasant. Breakfast was chaos. No room to park in hotel lot. Lobby was always dirty with trash and lots of kids unsupervised. Pool shared with other hotel not a lot of chairs or pool towels for guests Outdoor spaces were taken up by large sports groups. Staff had no time to speak to guests it felt like you were bothering them.

Great family friendly hotel, close to lots of restaurants, a Walgreen's, and target. Rooms were clean and spacious, free breakfast and pool were great! Staff was friendly. Only dink was housekeeping, leaving a used toilet brush on our towels in the restroom, and not restocking items like papery towels and tp.

We loved our stay. Went with the wife and kids. Wish they would have the breakfast available till 10am everyday. Overall, great location!

Our family had a very nice stay at Home2Suites. The location is very convenient to Magic Kingdom and other parks. Having the shopping center nearby made it really easy to stop into Target for our traveling needs. The free morning breakfast buffet had a lot of good options and the Mickey Mouse waffles were a hit! The pool was crowded in the evenings- to be expected. But our kids still loved it and had fun on the water slide. The front desk rep, Raymond, was super personable and attentive. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Stayed with family for a Disney trip. Shuttle to park is provided but there is only one shuttle in the morning and two in the evening and you have to book 24 hours in advance, which is not convenient if you have kiddos and want/need to come back midday or want to sleep in. Other hotels we’ve used have shuttles that run hourly and no booking required. We opted to drive ourselves to the park for flexibility. Blankets on the bed were actually the bed skirt and not really blankets so they fell off the bed when we slept. The staff was very friendly, room was nice and great for a week stay, pool was great, breakfast was outstanding. We’d stay again.
