Great stay, room was perfect for my little family!

Weve returned to this property each time we come down to visit the grandchildren. They love the "pink" hotel. We love the area!!!

I loved how central the hotel was. Everything My family and I needed was in arms reach. The only thing I’d say that didn’t like was the shuttle time but that’s probably not their fault. I’d recommend this hotel to a friend.

I cant comment on the hotel itself but i will be happy to review expedia and their ridiculous and absurd "cancelation insurance". We never stayed at the hotel because we had a change of plans. Seeing we booked this trip 8 months in advanced, i thought it wouod be a good idea to purchase the travel insurance offered through expedia on there web page. Well the plans did change, so i tried to cancel usimg the insurance i purchased. What a F'n joke this is. Don't purchase the insurance offered. Ecpedia did absolutely nothing to help. The said i needed to go through the 3rd party that offered the insurance even though it was offered when reservation was booked on expedia. Then after figuring out who that company was this 3rd pary insurance company would only offer a refund for a medical emergency or a death in the family . With proof provided. Give me a break. Dont purchase its a scam. Never use expedia ever.

Loved that you could check in after a bisy day at disney but the breakfast options was really bad and unhealthy. Eggs being raw, not many non-dairy options for milk. Basically only catered for childern

My stay here was awesome. Breakfast in the morning was honestly the highlight of our trip the Mickey Mouse waffles are delicious, and they served a variety protein, cereal, bagels you name it. The hotel smells really nice, it isn’t very loud, things are kept clean. Great place for families and a cute pit stop for couples on the go. My partner and I choose to Uber everywhere from this location and it was cheaper than renting a rental car. The location is 15-30 mins from all the main attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We visit the Clwrmont area often to see family. The Fairfield Marriott Flamingo Crossings is our hotel of choice. I have even recommended it to other family members visiting Disney.the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean. The breakfast offerings great.

Room was a good size for two people. Housekeeping was great. The room we had looked out over the basketball court, so could be a little loud at night, with kids.

Clean facility with lots of activities onsite for kids and families

My family and l went for spring break vacations on April 2024 and decided to stay here because we saw great reviews. However lm very unhappy since my gold earrings disappeared on my second day stay. We went to Disney came back and the earrings were gone. I was very upset and looked everywhere. I called and spoke to the manager on duty. He said he couldn’t do much about it other than give me the manager housekeeping email and to file a police report. He didn’t showed much interest on this matter. Extremely disappointed at this point. I worked for a JW Marriott in the past and this kind of incidents never happened.
