Overall my family had a great time! Loved the breakfast and the pool! The restaurant on-site was great too! The only thing that kinda sucked was they only do housekeeping every other day. So for our whole trip no one came to empty our trash. With small children in diapers that can be an issue. Other than than it was still a great time.

It’s great. We got a stunt for the family, clean and large, kids enjoy the pool.‘location is in a nice plaza we like the cleanness.

The staff was incredible, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide selection. Great parking. This is our family's new favorite.

First time Disney vacation for family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 10. We chose this property for the location still being in the Disney bubble & for the reasonable pricing. This is also one of the only properties in the area that include breakfast. We also met the “fairy godmother” on Saturday morning and received some goodies which was so fun! The only thing I did not appreciate was the smell of marijuana down the hall at one point when we returned from the parks late night. There were also 2 females smoking on the steps in the parking garage the second night. Overall for 5 nights this is the best and most convenient/cost effective experience. We will be booking here again!

This is the best hotel I have been to. Very spacious, clean, excellent service, great food, overall the best. I cannot wait to return to Florida because of this hotel. Just magnificent for a family with little kids. I love!

We Stayed for 5 Days. Excellent experience from the specious and well maintained room.The pool was superb for Families. My kids loved the pool .Breakfast service was excellent with lot of great option.

Great location and all staff members were helpful. Breakfast was very good and clean!! My only concern was the “shuttle”. Once it fills up with guest reservations, you are on your own. Don’t advertise shuttle to parks if there are limits. In my opinion only, the shuttle should have more accommodation for guests. We were told that it is a 3rd party and they have no control. Ok. I get it but I am confident families book with an expectation of transportation to the parks. $30/day for the parks is a lot. I would definitely stay again. Staff was wonderful. Amenities a plenty and close to a small strip center for dinner.
