Ocean Key Resort - A Noble House Resort

Resort was convenient / walkable to all the main sights and restaurants. All the staff wrre super friendly and helpful. My family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was really nice but did need some updating. Beds in both rooms were super uncomfortable. Also, really missed a mini fridge in the room to store drinks and snacks. Mini fridge was packed with hotel's own variety of drinks for purchase with no room for my own restaurant leftovers or drinks. Overall we had a fantastic time. Love sitting out on the balcony at night after a fun day in the sun!

A family friendly hotel located on the ocean end of Duvall street. A surprisingly quiet oasis. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean. Staff all very helpful and welcoming. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately the food didnt measure up to the 5 star quality of the hotel experience.

I will begin by saying that every staff member at the hotel is excellent. The location of the property is also great. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the condition of the property. We stayed in a "partial ocean view" junior suite the first night. In order to get the "partial ocean view" you need to go on the balcony and try to catch a slight glimpse of the ocean through the trees. The room itself was very dated, and there are no amenities; no robes, no bar soap, no extra blanket... The TV was a 42" flat screen, but the TV was wider than the dresser which meant it was at an angle and you could not see 2" on either side of the screen. On the 2nd night we asked to be moved because the rooster outside our room woke us up at 5:00AM and never stopped crowing. The 2nd room was quieter, but the condition was worse. The room had a very musty smell. The front door to the room was in extremely poor condition with extensive wood rot. This room did not have the same problem with the TV, but the TV was very small inside the same narrow dresser. The room had a very large tub in the living area which was nice, but the shower was inside the very tiny toilet stall area. Once you got in the shower you had to raise the shower head and tighten the set screws. When you were done showering, you had to loosen the set screws and lower the shower head in order to open the door to the shower to get out. Definitely not what i expected for $700/night.

Great location! Great vibe! Great customer service! Very clean! Great food selection. Awesome pool with great bar service. Loved the live music every night. My family of four including two teens had such a great time. We used the gym every morning. They have two pelotons! Can’t say enough great things. Was nervous at first bc someone mentioned they were outdated…not at all. They are inline with the casual beach vibe of key west without being so overly pretentious. They were actively painting and constantly cleaning when we were there. Everyone was on top of everything!! Room service was amazing and so were the housekeepers! So, so accommodating!
