Island City House Hotel

My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids ages 19 and 14. We brought an air mattress and with that we had plenty of room and everyone slept comfortably. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool right outside our room!

A wonderful quiet small hotel in old town. Its a great place to stay with a family and is super quiet. We stayed for a entire week and would definitely use them again. It is super close to everything and you truly dont need to rent a vehicle

We stay at Island City House every March with my whole family and this year we got w great deal for September so we could not miss the chance to come back for a visit. The staff is beyond outstanding and always so professional and accommodating. We normally request the same room on the first floor and it was unavailable for this visit so we were on the 2nd floor which was just as nice. We love the neighborhood because everything is in walking distance yet we don't have the noise of the busier areas. Island City house had made some lovely improvements in the pool and garden area and everything is so well taken care of. We highly recommend Island City House and in the 7 years we have been going there with our family, we have never been disappointed.

Great hotel to stay at. We could walk to anywhere we needed to go. I w our kid definitely stay here again.

The property was comfortable for my family of 5 (3 teens). It was walkable to restaurants and nightlife, yet far enough to be quiet. We had a great time.

Island City House and Hotel was a beautiful place for a family vacation. The porch was serene after a fun day on Duval. It was within walking distance to many attractions and sites. Will definitely be back!

This place is beautiful! Tons of space, beautiful gardens, warm pool, and great location to ducal street with none of the noise! We visited with our two kids (10 and 12) and loved having a little extra space. I would definitely stay here again!
