We enjoyed everything, apart from the broken ice machine and the inconvenience of having to buy ice several times a day. The staff is amazing and such hard workers. All friendly and very accommodating, front desk kept up with us via text which was very helpful. Beautiful setting, convenient and walkable. Able to rent a golf cart very easily and not too much trouble parking. Nice pools, not too many children or super crowded. Good enough breakfast, would’ve liked a simple salad and/or raw veggies. Comfortable room, quiet, pretty clean horrible cable. Would’ve enjoyed a decent movie or show while we had pizza in our first night after plane delayed several hours. Overall, will be back and recommend.

My husband I loved it and it had plenty of space for our infants pack and play as well. The continental breakfast was amazing and I loved staying in a historical building

I’ve been a regular visitor of KW for over a decade. Historically I’ve stayed with family in the same long term rental year after year. This was my first trip without the family and consequently, my first stay at Winslow’s Bungalows- I cannot overstate how delightful our stay turned out to be. From the streamlined check in, to the beautiful property, cozy (but lovely) room, the simple yet tasty breakfast and the adorable bungalow bar- everything was magical. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly stay again!

My wife and I traveled and stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our baby-moon and had a wonderful experience. The property surprised us in how large, clean and convenient everything was! We would certainly stay here again if we return to Key West.

I do not like to be nickeled and dimed. Prime example, the "resort fee." There was no in-room coffee. I call that an amenity. I did not use any pool towels. The drinks and food at the bar were expensive. There was no elevator. Wi-fi and a very minimal breakfast buffet are not amenities, they are normal things you expect in a motel on an interstate highway. Also, what a horrible musician by the pool! Not only was he a terrible singer, he frequently use the words beginning with F and C, with kids in hearing range. Was he drunk? The room was comfy, but this place is NOT WORTH the price, especially when the parking and resort fees are included. Avoid.

We rented rooms 50, 53, and 61. The property grounds are beautiful. The rooms were small and minimally appointed. The beds were comfortable but there are structural issues with some of the flooring and tiles. The service staff weren’t very friendly but were accommodating. It was hard to tell who was staff as there are no name tags or uniforms. I’d say this place is really somewhere between a B&B and a hotel and didn’t feel 4 star as they claim. The breakfast was just ok and the guy who runs the grill isn’t very friendly and didn’t seem professional. He’s more like a friend who wants to use the grill and not there to serve anyone. He’s polite but didn’t make us feel comfortably welcome. The pool near the bar is nice and there’s music in the afternoon. A bit loud but we enjoyed it. We wish there wasn’t a baby in a diaper in the pool. Yuk. There were two plumbing issues that were fixed. Room 50 had a private balcony which was lovely. Room 53’s a/c unit was a standard wall unit and the room was very small. Room 61 is like a dark walk-in closet without windows except for one small window in the bathroom. We received three king bed rooms as booked but I’d advise anyone staying there to call to book to know for sure of what you’ll get. Those accommodations aren’t 4 star despite the Frette robes and nice linens. Maybe this is all due to being post pandemic. Hopefully this review helps them up their game.

Not so great, we were in a unit with folks on both side of us and above us, very loud and no sound proofing in the walls. Heard every argument, cell phone ringing, kid screaming. Asked to be moved, when the moved us they put us in a cottage where the ax partially worked and was very musty smelling. Bathroom sliding door was pulling off the wall.

Clearly management is more budget conscious than luxe conscious. But at luxe prices. Not the upscale experience we expected. If I had to guess I’d say ownership came from a lower end brand and doesn’t understand how to provide a luxury experience.
We were looking for some peace and quiet. Didn’t quite work out.
We’re all about having fun but at appropriate times.
The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors perfectly clear.
We woke up to the staff in the adjoining room yelling and laughing so loud. At first I thought it was other guests but when I looked into the room it was housekeeping and maintenance. Speaking of the rooms, ours was nice but had the parking lol on two sides. Pretty small but nicely renovated. No coffee maker. No water in the rooms.
There are two small pools on the property and chairs are limited. Towels are supposed to be provided but are always out and just 1-2 available so you have to chase down housekeeping.
Free breakfast was terrible and like a low end brand. Think Best Western or Embassy suites.
The entertainers hired by the hotel for live music brought their children to the pool during their set. There were 7 kids in a postage stamp sized pool running, jumping, splashing for about 2 hours which took a relatively peaceful afternoon and turned it into chaos.
The second pool filter is so loud you can’t have a conversation.
There is no market or pantry at the hotel. Even for basics.

The bartender was very rude one afternoon while at the pool and the pool was taken over by kids.......there should be at least one adult only pool.
The $200 extra charge for amenities was ridiculous, as there was only a pool......charges for bikes wasn't included, and was charged $3 for a coke on top of that.
It's a pretty property, but I doubt we'll return.
