This is second visit here and was very enjoyable. I visit closeby family and its easy to get around and hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and I will continue to come back when I visit.

Okay, the service was great especially Erica, the place is immaculate like the Taj mahal, ample parking, such a comfortable room, the only issue is, the breakfast was horrible, everything about it, the bagels the toast all stale, the waffles, you'd better off throwing away that batter, such a beautiful hotel you have the worst breakfast on Earth, God it was awful!!!!!, regurgitated eggs, potatoes and bacon, please, my grandchild could make a better egg and she could make a decent waffle batter, come on, you want to be the best but you fail in such a miserable way, Holy Smokes!!!,Really!!!😕😕😕

Pool was clean warm. Room was big enough for all 5! Breakfast good. Best part was lady at front desk so friendly. Even had goody bags games and books for children

Hotel was nice & clean in the inside, bed was firm but not too bad, check in was easy , room was a bit cold so we asked for an additional blanket or cover and they provided us with the size of a baby’s blanket for the additional blanket so if you do like a freezing cold room be sure to bring your own extra covers, other than that everything was okay… we didn’t eat the breakfast so no rate for that one but overall we enjoyed and would stay here again when we visit Jacksonville next time!!

The customer service was excellent and the rooms are very clean they brought us clean towels every day we will be staying there again they made us feel like family we were very satisfied.

Always clean, safe, friendly staff. Perfect for a quick stop on the road. Quick and free breakfast is a nice perk. Nothing amazing but it gets the job done and my kids love it.

Stayed there one night passing Jacksonville during family road trip. The hotel is new and very nicely designed. Beds are comfortable. Room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom, considering that this is a new facility. We asked for an additional blanket when we checked in and were told that there are no additional blankets available. The clerk was rude and disrespectful, had no intention to help. Everything else was at good standard.

This was a last minute trip right before a busy weekend. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was extremely clean and spacious for a family of 6. The breakfast had lots of options and was fresh daily. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Highly recommended this hotel.
