The pool area was very nice. The rooms and halls desperately need to be renovated though. The lobby was okay, but the rest of the indoor areas had old ugly carpet in bad condition (hallways), chrome fixtures with rust spots all over them, etc. The rooms had everytime we needed and the staff was nice, but i would say this hotel is for families with kids and not ideal for a couple. We were bummed that we did not get too use the very large hot tub, because one big family traveling together decided that it was thiers and they posted up on the hot tub and around it (pulled chairs and coolers around it) and partied there all afternoon and evening.

We come to Orlando often because our children and grandchildren live there. We found this place several years ago and we use it every time we come this way. We love the staff and have never been disappointed however, this trip our room was very far away, on the 3rd floor, the bed was so incredibly uncomfortable and hard. The room had a musty smell. It was not the awesome experience we are accustomed to when staying there. We will try again on our next trip and hopefully we won’t be disappointed again.

This weekend my husband and I had to watch some of the grandkids. Presently our home in under remodel, so sleeping arrangements are impossible. We upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was awesome.

Room was very outdated and dirty. I had to clean the room prior to us getting to lay our heads down to sleep. There was a thick calcium build up surrounding the entire rim to the faucet and the water pressure was very weak. Front staff was incredibly dry and made it seem like having a child staying with me was a inconvenience to them. Breakfast was very limited and left a lot to desire . We ended up going out to get breakfast.

My family and I loved our stay at Best Western. The Gentleman at the front desk was very kind, friendly and proactive. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good and pleasant.
