Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Walton Beach

This place is great! The pool outdoor was really nice, I liked the lazy river. The view in our room was spectacular! Steps away from the beach. I liked how they included nice thick towels for the pool/beach. I didn’t like how breakfast wasn’t included, $20 per person per day. I also didn’t like how parking was taxed ($15/day +tax) it was about $85 for 5 night stay. The staff were nice and helpful with my needs. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion available in the rooms (full size bottles) and they give you 2 water bottles so that was nice. The room had a microwave and fridge. However, I didn’t have any service in the hotel, I couldn’t make calls unless I walked outside. This stay was a celebration for my fiancé and I (couples trip) and I’m not sure if I would stay here again solely to the fact that there were a lot of kids screaming and running around. It wasn’t very relaxing by the pool or hot tub. For a family trip, this hotel may just be for you!

Awesome location, but the room we stayed in had a few problems. The toilet didn't work properly and the sink didn't drain. Our towels weren't picked up two of the four days we stayed. Also, the pool area did not have lights for night time which made it very difficult to see my kids at night.

Overall it was a great 5 night stay for my family of 3. Only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was just for a few minor things. We have AT&T and had no phone service at all in our room, the WiFi at least allowed us to text. The shower drained extremely slow causing you to stand in ankle deep water during showers. It would be nice if they added a hose at the rinse station to hose off wagons and beach chairs to avoid tracking sand into the rooms. The staff was excellent and the grounds crew did a good job of keeping the place clean. I liked that they also supplied beach towels. I would definitely consider booking this place in the future.

It’s our second time staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Walton and we couldn’t be more pleased. Staff is super friendly, our room and other areas were clean and always smelling so good. Breakfast is great and having a resort pool by the beach is wonderful! Thank you, we will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Fernanda & Rafael

This is a great property for families and kids. Def high volume. Overall a great experience. As a couple we were looking for something else. But great, great property for families.

Great fun family friendly property. You can either walk to the beach out front or utilize the lazy river area. Lovely spot surrounded by tons of food spots and drivable to Destin. Wide huge rooms too

Loved room Lay out . Perfect for our family. Loved the vibe of the hotel . Loved the DJ Loved the beach view . Definitely would stay there again . Pet friendly as well !

This Hilton was wonderful! The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We dined at the hotel and the food was delicious! Our kids loved the pool and the lazy river!

i'm here now , the staff isn't very informative but they are super nice , the place is nice and kid friendly there is a bar so parents have let there kids run a mock so be aware . seems like NO security and staff to take order outside other then the bar oh and if you come to work remote here the internet SUCKS so there is that ,it has been an issue for me . the beach side is perfect

The ice machine was broke on our floor the whole week we were there, I told a worker but… so I had to go to a floor down to get ice. They said the outdoor pool was heated, it was ice cold. We said something but they didn’t fix it. We had to swim next door at the holiday inn. It was nice over there with music, warm pool and a lady doing bubbles for the kids.
