This Condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bathroom unit with Bunk Area that has a door. The condo features 9 ft. ceilings, crown molding, all major appliances, granite counter tops. The Large Master bedroom faces the Gulf and sliding doors offer access to Gulf View from Patio. Master Suite features King bed and private en suite. Second bedroom features a King size bed and full private bathroom also has access to patio balcony. This Condo also has a framed in bunk area featuring twin bunks. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa if needed. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar.

Beginning Jan 2022 A 5.5% mandatory lodging fee will be administered For Okaloosa county lodging tax. This fee will be listed as a administrative fee after booking, please let me know if you have any questions.

Memorial Day-Labor Day enjoy Wed night fireworks just steps away from resort property. Some of the local attractions are Big Kahuana's Water Park, The Track Recreation Center, Wild Willy's adventure Park, The Gulfarium and many more.

Everything was nice and comfortable in the condo and the facility was fantastic for hosting a family with kids given the amenities onsite and nearby as well as the beach being right there. Other than some very minor wear and tear from being a rental condo this place was in really good condition and met our needs.
