I'm sorry to say this was a poor experience, especially for what you pay to stay here. My family and I got two rooms. One of the rooms was not ready at check in and they made us wait for it to be ready before getting the key to the other room. They did not explain why it was not ready or apologize. In one room, the bed had blood stains on it and it took several hours and several requests to get new bedding, but they just dropped it off and left, instead of taking the dirty bedding and making the bed for us. The lighting in the rooms so bad, you can hardly see at times. Our phone didnt work at all. The body wash was out at the other room and it took a day and half and asking to see a manager to get some more (after many requests to housekeeping). We never got any housekeeping in the second room despite calling and going to the front desk to ask for it several times. By the end of the trip, we had no clean towels, no clean sheets, trash piling up everywhere (we had to find some bags on our own to take it out ourselves), no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, a broken phone still, and no bags to fill our ice bucket with. It was impossible to get ahold of a manager and when we finally got someone to bring sheets to the other room, they just left them on the bed for us to take the dirty sheets off and put new ones on. The pools never had lights on in the evenings or nights, even though they all came equipped with lights. The hotel itself is pretty run down and I'm not fancy.

I stayed here with my family for spring break. The hotel appeared to be nice and right on beach. The staff was very friendly and I told my wife for the price, I think we made a great choice. However, after night number two, we woke up in the morning and noticed at the end of the bed where my feet were laying all night was a dried blood stain on the sheet. I immediately looked at my feet and legs to see if I was bleeding anywhere and after my wife examined me I discovered that these sheets were never changed. I slept in dirty sheets with someone else’s DNA. I was very upset! I called downstairs and spoke with the manager who offered me that she would change my sheets and we could get a free breakfast for me and the family. I got off the phone with her and spoke with her boss who advised me since I booked through a third party like Expedia there wasn’t much they could do for my awful experience. She later said she contacted Expedia and can give me a refund for one night, plus free breakfast, and a gift basket that had candy in it. I told my wife we will never stay here again!!!! I appreciate the free night and gift basket, but in my opinion that wasn’t enough for sleeping in blood all night!

We requested early check in, even paid extra for an earlier flight because it did not seem like it was a problem. When we arrived we we’re informed that they would not start checking anyone in until 4:00. We were not the only people in this situation. So there is about a half dozen families wandering around for 4 hours. One of the gentlemen pointed out to the front counter that there is no way all the rooms are just magically clean at 4 and there had to be rooms becoming available prior to that but the front desk stood firm on the 4:00. Kicker is the bar in the lobby was not even open. The building could use some maintenance. Housekeeping supposedly only comes every other day but the never showed up. Ran out of toilet paper, towels, everything and had to call them On a more positive note the location was really nice. The oceanfront rooms are right on the ocean. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Not worth your money. The only good in this place is the location and pet friendly. Other than that it needs to be renovated and enhanced. Its not the typical hotel by Marriott or the Sheraton. And breakfast for two only. And if you have kids, you have to pay. And its not that clean.

I was bummed that there was no Wi-Fi. I felt like the immensities could have used some improvement. The hot tub wasn’t working when we were staying. Breakfast could use some improvement. Staff was great and friendly. I would have enjoyed more family friendly things (I.e. updated games in the lobby and outdoors).

Took a quick bday weekend trip down to Fort Walton and the hotel was wonderful. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Love the location since it’s close to lots of good places. Only thing I can say is it needs a better restaurant. We were tired after a long day and wanted a meal and would have to go somewhere else because not much variety. But breakfast was AMAZING!!!

My husband was very worried based off previous reviews of this property. i told him i was worried because there are just too many Karen's in the world. When my family arrived, there was nothing wrong with this hotel. staff was good, location was great and rooms were nice.

The room with two queen-size beds with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. was very nice with beach view and balcony, and convenient parking. Pillows were nice. The air conditioner was an annoyance as it frequently cycled on and off all night long, waking us up each time it went off or kicked back on. Can't you adjust that so it just stays on and self adjusts the thermometer to the "set" temperature? The beach was very convenient to the room with beach chairs and umbrellas and nice sand, but on the Sunday afternoon we went to the beach there were hundreds of stinking dead fish littering the shoreline and the waterline was black! And while there was staff to take payment for use of the chairs and umbrellas, why couldn't they shovel up the dead fish to clean up "their" beach, and report the condition to state authorities? Another annoyance was a fire alarm condition in the hotel that afternoon which brought fire engines. The loud alarm continued sounding for what seemed more than 30 minutes. There was a small family size pool. Not big enough to be a lap pool, but nice to cool off. There were good nearby restaurants. On balance (since I am an SPG member) the standard nightly cost seemed too high in relation to value. But it was a convenient location for getting to and from the airport.

I took my sister-in-law to four points for her birthday. We didn't have this particular hotel in mind when booking our trip, but it just so happened to be one of the only places that had a room left for the 4th of July weekend. It was absolutely wonderful. We got there early and asked if we could get early check in. The front desk manager was very kind and let us know that we could check in early as long as they had a room ready, which thankfully they did! The room was very clean with plenty of linens. It was very spacious as well. We were on the first floor and had a back door that opens up to a porch and a path that went straight to the court yard and one of the pools. There was a lot to do without even leaving the property. In addition to the 2 pools, there was a splash pad for kids, a hot tub, a corn-hole area, and more. There was a short walk from our room to the beach, which was very convenient. After a day of playing, we went back to the room to decide what to eat. There were plenty of room service options, or there is a restaurant on the property. We actually settled for a local pizza place called Savaltis. The beds were super comfortable that night. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The next morning, we ordered room service for breakfast and it was amazing. I definitely recommend eating at the property, it wasn't too expensive and it was very tasty. Staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely return!
