Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coconut Creek

During the second night of my trip, my toilet wouldn’t flush upon asking for assistance. I was told that maintenance doesn’t come in until the following morning at 7 am. They did not have a room to put me in, so I was unable to stay in my room my second night and had to sleep on a family members couch. When I returned to the hotel in the morning, maintenance had not arrived, and I was told that they would not be in until 9 AM, there was no reimbursement no accommodation although I was not able to sleep in my room. I was told that the manager Mitchell would be able to assist me when he arrived at 9 am. I went downstairs to talk to him around 11 am. I was told that he would be on the overnight shift, although I was initially told that I could speak to him in the morning. Overall service was horrible. I am extremely disappointed. I will not stay again.

Great newer hotel in Coconut Creek. Perfect for families wirh large rooms available. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Stayed over Thanksgiving 2023. Was able to get early check-in around 1:30 so could go to kids house. Staff is great, rooms are comfortable and have everything needed for extended stays.

The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The staff were very personable and friendly and helpful. The room was great. Comfortable and efficient. Stayed here while visiting family. Will definitely stay here again.

It was an Amazing stay. The staff was very friendly from beginning to end. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities. Would recommend it to all my family and friends.
